Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Madison East

It was as expected and I was not disappointed

Clean rooms, helpful staff, accommodated us in checking in early and out a little late. Oatmeal bar at breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. Weight room could be improved but it works for treadmill use etc. pool looked nice! Hot tub was a little hazy so we didn’t risk it. Location peaceful and near places like chipotle. Would recommend!

We were in town for softball that weekend. The hotel was nice clean and the rooms were spacious, which is what we need for softball weekends.

Breakfast was very poor. Limited selection. Ran out of food and was not replenished in a timely basis.

"Upgrade" us to a suite with two queen beds. We personally wanted a king. Beds were terrible, not comfortable.

I like everything in this hotel except the aircon. I cannot adjust and the fridge not working.

Staff is always pleasant, ready to help whenever possible. Clean and comfortable environment. Breakfast host/hostess were EXCELLENT

Toilet didn't work well, hvac didn't work well, internet tv didn't work well.

Everything was clean, had everything I needed for a one night stay on business.

Room and property very clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh and fruit was good staff was wonderful.

Front desk associates at both check in and check out were incompetent and not customer friendly. They clearly need a great deal of additional training. I wasted at least 10 minutes at check in and another 10-15 minutes at checkout due to their incompetence. They never apologized for the inconvenience!!! A horrible customer experience!
