Room was extremely clean.Very courteous staff, great customer service.One of the breakfast variety I've seen in a hotel.Cant complain about parking,we were close to main entrance and from what I understand,they also have underground parking available if desired.Great place to stay.

Good Staff, clean room, love the underground parking Bed in room 216......One bed is fine, the second bed was too close to the wall....I am a smaller guy, but had to climb over my wifeto exit the bed......lucky I can still do this......

Very nice, very clean, best hotel gym I’ve seen in a hotel that charges less than $200. Had machines, dumbbells, even a full squat rack (not a Smith machine, legit bar, weights, full cage). Nice pool area with hot tub and solid breakfast

The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, organized a shuttle to the airport on my request ahead of time, which was very helpful, and the hotel itself is very modern and clean, seemingly brand new. The people in Madison are great, just like you'd expect. Will definitely return here when I fly out of MSN in the future.

Good breakfast. Like the location. Room was well lit. Have been here 3 times and have been happy with everything every time. Wish the couch in our suite could have been more comfortable. Like sitting in a bucket.
