I stay here for work monthly and I always enjoy my stay. Lovely outdoor pool, great staff, comfortable clean rooms. Breakfast always smells delicious.

The staff was very friendly. The mattress was terrible, very hard and uncomfortable. I bought a foam topper to make it possible to sleep 3 more nights. Hotel is old and dated, smelled musty.

I had some of the best sleep here. The breakfast is amazing! I guess I bragged too much about the hotel because it was completely booked when I was trying to book it again.

Super friendly staff make you feel like family going the extra mile to make sure your stay is a good one. Had jacuzzi suite very comfortable. Breakfast had good hot selections including eggs, sausage or bacon, biscuits and sausage gravy, hash browns and waffles. Premium quality juices, cereals, fruit and of course fresh coffee. Tracy made sure every guest received the breakfast items they wanted right up to closing the breakfast. Quick and easy checkin and checkout. Highly recommended.

didn't seem as though housekeeping came at all, but I wasn't sure of the schedule.

My room had dirty bed sheets and pillows. Found a tick in my room on one of the beds. Photos presented online do not represent the property.

It was a clean, comfortable stay. My sister and I booked separately. The front desk staff realized this and graciously changed my room to be close to hers without having to be asked.

Always a pleasant stay at the Baymont. The staff is very caring. I always feel welcome.

All food was top shelf Nothing

This was an awful stay. I was billed three times for the room and promised I would receive a refund which I still haven’t received and it’s been a week. Upon check in I was advised that I never should have booked with booking.com and that booking.com provided a fake credit card. The front desk person said I had to pay again if we wanted a place to stay and it was already midnight. The following morning I was advised the night person didn’t know what they were doing, and I would be issued a refund. I still haven’t not received it. I will never stay here again, and I will advise everyone not to stay here. It’s extremely sad because I have family in the area and this was our hotel of choice, but I don’t think we will ever return.
