Elevator broke had to climb 3 flights 4 times and we are disabled, the staff only said the elevator was repaired and nothing was going to be done for our inconvenience

There was a group that cooked out and blared loud music all night Saturday night with no regards to other guest, it went on well past 1 am

Clean room, comfortable mattress and bedding. Still some remodeling going on but not a problem at all.

Got in past midnight on July 4th. Couldn’t book online since it was past midnight. Clerk was so helpful. Easy process. Clean and nice room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, the pool and Hot Tub were nice, the room was clean and spacious. The only thing missing was a safe in the room! This is a necessity every room should always have a safe, no matter where you are.

Internet was awful. I had to use my hotspot. Also, the floors are thin. I can hear the person above me stomping around and the people outside my door walking around. The stay was ok. 2.5 out of 5

We stayed in room 121. Do not stay in that room. It is by the exit door. You can't get any sleep. Someone was leaving & coming all night long. When the door Closes it makes a Loud noise. The room was nice and clean. Hotel staff was really nice and polite. It was our first time staying there & we will stay there again!

We had a terrific stay! The hot tub was perfect temp , the bed comfy and breakfast hot, varied and plentiful. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was absolutely terrible. The pool and hot tub or dirty. I was staying on the third floor and there was a sign in the elevator saying the third floor elevator didn't stop you had to go up to the fourth floor or down to the second floor and walked the stairs to get to your room it turned out it was really working. I will never book a room there again.

Staff was great. Appearance from outside was nice. Room was a disaster, ac screamed most of the time. TV was very small and poorly positioned. Tack strip between carpet and tile had nails sticking up. Breakfast was disappointing.

The employee did not care about anything. We paid extra for the pool and could hardly use it but kids was in there hitting each other with pool noodles and each other and jumping in the pool. I have a small child and he could really do anything. There was no parent with the kids. I told the staff and she said ok and keep on with the TV. When I asked for a manger number she finally told them to leave. Then later that night we tried to go back and something but also there was adults drinking alcohol in the hot tub and 2 toddlers in the hot tub. Both kids under 2. The same staff member walked in there and said NOTHING!
