Days Inn by Wyndham Madisonville

Check in was quick and easy once we got to our room we noticed that the room was really hot so we tried to turn the air on but it did not work. so i went down to the front desk and they quickly switched us to another room. Once we got settled in to the new room we went down to the pool witch was very big for a hotel ( olympic size pool) . It was clean but you could tell it had been a while sicne they had done some maintance on it. there was tiles missing arund the edge and the cluck was missing in some place but other then that the hotel was kept clean. The breakfast was ok wish they had some bacon or sausage but normal hotel breakfast. The staff was very nice and freindly. Had issuse with the key not wanting to work some.

This room was dirty and there was an infestation of baby files through the WHOLE ROOM!!

No elevator and the breakfast was super minimal. I didn't even eat because it was only cereal or a waffle. The coffee was terrible. Will not stay again.

The rooms were ok but very dated. We had no AC till the next day.

The handicap room is nice and spacious but it’s in the back away from everything. I have trouble walking and couldn’t get to the free breakfast, coffee or ice machine. It was also quiet. It is an old building. Bed was very comfortable. There is also a fridge and microwave in the room. Restaurant only open some days.

In their exercise room, the treadmill and the stairmaster were both broke and only the stationary bike worked. The carpet in the hallways was dated and needed to be replaced. The walls in the hallway were either dirty or had damage in places. The place smelled like cigarette smoke as well. Breakfast had NO fresh fruit at all. The room was fine but for the money, it's not worth it at all.

I just wish there had been conditioner provided.

The room was clean. The staff was nice and very professional. I love it here!

Temperature fine but humidity in room poor. Everything damp. Ac needs update.

Breakfast was small. Not much offered. Excellent pool. AC worked. Clean room and bedding

Bathroom was not too clean, fan was falling off the ceiling and shower water fluctuated between cold and scalding the whole time. Toilet stopped flushing and my handiman husband had to fix it. Smell of weed came though the air conditioner often. We got a cot and the blankets had cigarette burns all over it. Staff was present.

Very inconvenient the laundry room was on the second floor the girl at the desk acted like she didn’t want to be there water pressure was bad but the rooms was very clean

The staff was incredible. Let me check in early because of a special engagement I had going o . The owners need to focus on fixing some things. My door wouldnt open in the first room I got...then the room I was moved to the light in the bathroom would just shut off due to a bad switch. The showers are ancient. The room was very clean. Breakfast was good I'd go back for the staff...like I said they were incredible.

Room--was clean except for a few minor things.The covebase around room and bathroom had sections that were coming off, the doorway to the bathroom had a lot chip marks in the paint. The bathroom was extremely outdated, tub had places where the paint/finish had chip marks in base. The area behind, and around the sofa were dirty as well as the wall under the towel rack, and behind door. It was really hot out air conditioner was decent, but the room still seemed to have a lot moisture. I didn't have any breakfast.

The rooms were spacious The pool was freezing cold

Rate was good. Reasonably clean. The door was hard to close and the cleaning staff left it open while we were gone all day. There was a dead roach in the bathroom behind the door the entire stay. The ac kept turning off and on.
