Place was a nice place to stay but check in was not good. Needed more help at the front desk to check in. Took us approximately 20 minutes to check in.

I had a nice wheelchair accessible room for my elderly mom. Nice big bathroom and nice tub/shower. Extra towels which was nice. Breakfast was good with a nice variety.

Only booked for the pool. Pool was closed because of to much chlorine.

We stayed for a basketball tournament with several middle school boys, and it was a great stay! The pool was great and the automatic pancake maker at breakfast was a hit with them!

The breakfast left a little to be wanted. It was not bad but hotel was full and they wereout of some options 1 hr in.

I booked a room that had an accessible roll in shower because I’m in a wheelchair. The room they gave me was not accessible and the shower wasn’t accessible either. They told us they only had one room in the entire hotel that had a roll in shower and it was booked already. So they gave us a shower chair instead. What’s the point in picking your room when booking when you don’t even get that. Such an inconvenience especially because I’m in a wheelchair

They got a new system right before we came and some staff still were not familiar with it. They said they were out of king suites when most of us booked king suites months in advance. They also charged us almost double.
