Clean and very friendly staff The beds are extremely soft. Had to change rooms due to the first room’s shower had zero water pressure. The second room had mold on the ceiling of the shower.

The staff was very nice and I felt safe the entire time.

The guy who checked us in was extremely rude and unpleasant. He was on his phone and acted like we bothered him. He even slammed my room card down on the table and then walked away.

Her attitude made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand that people can have difficult moments, but guests should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very bad impression on me. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience with the front desk staff.

Location is great. Beds were good. Front desk representative was cheerful and welcoming. Front desk could not locate our reservation. Told us we needed to call Booking.com. After frustrating attempts to contact Booking.com and the front desk representative helping several other customers coming in and out, she realized she had our reservation printed out after all. Then our key card did not work. Went back down for another and nearly left without being given the new room number assigned to the key card. The representative did apologize. Our room had the previous lodger's key cards left in front of the TV along with a bottle cap on the bathroom counter. The room cleaning was definitely unfinished. The beds were made. We were exhausted and kept the room. We would not choose this hotel again.

Clean room. A bit stain in sofa. A lot parking.

The staff was very nice

Food was terrible, when we asked about transportation no one mentioned there was a metro nearby, only uber. Mouse in our room. Authorizations were put on my card without permission. Nothing in walking distance.

The staff is so polite and helpful. The pool was a little small

The bed appeared to have blood stains or some other brown stain on the comforter and the sheets. Upon arriving nobody was at the front desk and I had to wait around 30 minutes to check in.
