Comfort Inn Manchester Airport

The check in process was easy and the person at the desk was helpful and pleasant. The room itself was very clean. You can tell that some of the furniture is a little worn, but overall, nothing major that affected my stay. The air conditioner worked well and was easily adjusted to the temperature I needed. The breakfast had some pastries, eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt and cereal. The sausage was not great... grey in color so not appealing at all. I did not any fruit (although I might have missed it). The location is close to a lot of places to eat and near shopping as well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would stay here again.

Our room was clean. The bed was comfy. A perfectly acceptable place to rest our heads between travel days. We appreciate the location - convenient to both the highway and many places to grab a bite to eat.

The hotel was decent, but housekeeping only comes every 3 days.

They had a shuttle to the airport which was convenient. The rooms were large and comfortable. Our bed covers were dry BUT when we pulled them back there was a huge wet area that went all the way through the mattress. Housekeeping came up to assess and we were moved to a new room. The area was so large that this should have been picked up by housekeeping on the day servicing of the room.

Clientele was suspect. Won’t leave my elderly mother there next time. Didn’t feel safe.

Not good for us

I then asked to use the business center to type a document I needed to print and was told it wasn't working either because the internet was out. I tried to explain to the staff that you don't need internet access to type a document and send it to a wired printer, at which point they said the printer wasn't working and they didn't know how to fix it. Perhaps the 'out of toner' message on the screen was a clue. When we got to the room we noticed that there was no soap or hand towels, so I attempted to call down for some. Perhaps not surprisingly, the room phone was dead. So I headed back downstairs to collect these myself. We began our trip a week earlier at the Comfort Inn Airport in Portland Maine and the experience there was great, quite a change from Manchester.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, they looked after us from the time we arrived until we left , nothing was too much trouble , the staff score 10 out 10 everything was as expected , we liked everything about the hotel
