The Friday night staff were very friendly. When we got back from our day on Saturday our room had not been cleaned. When I went to tell the staff Saturday evening they didn’t seem to care that it hadn’t been cleaned. I had to ask for clean towels and more shampoo as the container was empty. He seemed bothered that I was letting him ‘now I had a problem.

Stayed for a couple of days to relax after flying in from CA and another to enjoy the game. Loved that our room faced the ballpark. So neat to be able to watch the game from our room, the room was clean, a little outdated but ok. I dined downstairs and the food and service was great. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Easy check in, received the room I requested and the property was clean.

I always enjoy my stay there. I go to the ballpark right next door and everything is close by. The breakfast is always great and really terrific service this visit.

The first room they put us in did not have properly working AC. We had to switch rooms which the front desk gave us a hard time about. Also it was an issue because we booked a suite and there were no more suites left. So we were in a regular room and we were not refunded the difference. Parking was also an issue due to the ball games at night

I've stayed at this location at least twice for business and for a nearby concert. The staff is always cheerful, friendly and helpful. Recent room (June 2026) was spacious and clean, with a newer looking carpet, very comfortable firm bed with choice of firmness in pillows, and a comfortable loveseat. Big bathroom with excellent shower water pressure. Request: I'd love if the hotel would start putting real coffee creamer in single serves in the room, but I was able to go down and find creamers in the lobby coffee area. The infused water is another nice touch downstairs. Breakfast is available but not included in room rate (we knew this) ... they have a nice dining room with good pub fare or breakfast available to purchase. Very handy location to SNHU, the nearby expo center and more. I'd recommend Hilton Garden to other travelers.

The property is a little dated. The bathroom in our suite showed age. But it was clean. We loved the jacuzzi tub in our suite. We stayed on a Sunday night which brought a Monday morning early June before kids are put of school. So the hotel was quiet which offered the pool and hot tub to us empty. The breakfast was good which we got complimentary as a rewards member. The property was clean. It was really cool to sit at The Patio restaurant and bar and have a drink while the Fisher Cats were playing. Our room was 6th floor so we could see the game from our windows overlooking the field as well. All in all we would stay again.

Location to ball park. Rooms are outdated. Cleanliness of the carpet, bathroom floors, and baseboards.

The breakfast was bad. Maybe if we got there early it would have been better. Everything was dried out and really inedable.

Hot made to order breakfast with the add-on breakfast option at booking. Good lunch/dinner/drinks at onsite restaurant bar. Clean indoor pool and outdoor hot tub with plenty of tables/chairs. Well equipped exercise room. Plenty of easy parking. Helpful friendly staff

This was a great place, the staff was super friendly and it was very close and convenient for an event at the SNHU Arena!
