The staff was friendly , the location was convenient to the concert venue, the room was nice, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast option was expensive and there was no flexibility. The scrambled eggs were very dry.

This is a solid three star hotel. It’s kind of cool that there’s a baseball field attached to the hotel. Unfortunately, I missed the game, but would love to have seen it. Otherwise, Manchester is a pretty strange town.

Hotel was great...service at outside bar was almost non existent...the guy seemed new and got sidetracked...made good drinks though

room was basic for price, no Gideons Bible, paper, pen or information in the room about the area or hotel. Shower floor DIRTY. Restaurant service the worst. Waited 1 hr 15min for a sandwich without drinks, food was cold we ordered DoorDash.

Actually has a working Hot Tub and it was outside but the staff we had was really the icing on the cake. We will stay again! Sharron and Olivia and the gentleman as the bartender that night! Thank you for letting us make memories.
