What’s sets this hotel apart is Maureen behind the desk. She is a sweetheart and has a great personality. The hotel is what it is. An inexpensive place to stay for the night with a bed and a bathroom. Maureen however is a KEEPER. Promote that lady!

Tried to cancel my plans for a refund a month prior and they would not refund my stay.

Staff breakfast I booked a month and half ahead of time 2 queen beds confirmed from hotel. Got there 1 room left a king and a Cot not what I booked! They also wanted a $100. Deposit on my room on top of room fee ( nothing mention in my booking) poor information for booking at this hotel

AC was top notch! And bed was surprisingly comfortable!

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean but could use a new coat of paint. The entire property was tired and in need of refreshing.

My room was facing the highway. Couldn’t sleep at all.

The front desk staff was horrible. The person who should have been checking people in was literally hiding around the corner dorking around on a tablet for about 30 min ignoring multiple people who were waiting to check in.

My room, #528 was at the end of the hall and the AC unit was loud. When I stayed there on June 6th I was given room #511 which was close to the elevator

The continental breakfast room was extremely small and the breakfast was very lacking what is traditionally on a continental breakfast at most places. The room was dated although adequately maintained. The room's lack amenities as simple as a microwave. The pillows were very Lumpy and the bed was oddly from. Wasn't firm in a traditional way but more like a weird feeling firmness. The elevator Was hot and stuffy With the fan barely working To circulate any air And the air conditioner in the room Was not adequate, Could not get the room below What was probably Mid 70s.

In a bad part of town. Room was so stanky that I had to run to CVS to purchase Febreze to spray everything down, yes it really was that bad! Bathroom smells like urine and the shower curtain like mildew, yup sprayed that too, but no help. Sheets were tattered on the end and washcloths were yellow colored. No AC in most of the building, rooms had it, but again the filter reset was on, thus telling me it hasn't been changed in awhile. Just run down and we will never return. Pay the extra to stay somewhere else. Staff was super nice and helpful.
