The continental breakfast room was extremely small and the breakfast was very lacking what is traditionally on a continental breakfast at most places. The room was dated although adequately maintained. The room's lack amenities as simple as a microwave. The pillows were very Lumpy and the bed was oddly from. Wasn't firm in a traditional way but more like a weird feeling firmness. The elevator Was hot and stuffy With the fan barely working To circulate any air And the air conditioner in the room Was not adequate, Could not get the room below What was probably Mid 70s.

In a bad part of town. Room was so stanky that I had to run to CVS to purchase Febreze to spray everything down, yes it really was that bad! Bathroom smells like urine and the shower curtain like mildew, yup sprayed that too, but no help. Sheets were tattered on the end and washcloths were yellow colored. No AC in most of the building, rooms had it, but again the filter reset was on, thus telling me it hasn't been changed in awhile. Just run down and we will never return. Pay the extra to stay somewhere else. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Room dirty, crumbs in the fridge and on nightstands at check in, bathroom shower floor almost black so dirty and gross, air conditioner barely worked room was warm and uncomfortable

They need to have a few diabetic options for breakfast, but overall it was amazing. The coffee pot was a little slow, but awesome to have fresh brewed each time. Don't know if I like the bathroom sink on the outside of the bathroom. The ice machine was out on the first floor, and you had to go to the third floor to get some.

Room was 90 degrees and took a few hours to cool down

Room had burn holes in sheets, staff was very apologetic and accommodated a new room. However, the new room had a lot of spiders and a bunch of people partying all hours in the parking lot.. it was convenient for the time I needed to stay, but could use some work. Again, staff was polite and helpful though!

It took us a little bit to find the entrance, other than that everything was good. The bed was super comfortable, and the room is very quiet.

staff is always nice, right off highway, parking lot parking. , family dollar across the street, plaza with little caesar’s, dollar tree and applebees right there as well. breakfast 6-9am bagels, muffins, danish, yoghurt, cereal, coffee.

Had some problems but they were quickly fixed. Affordable price

Not a terrible place, but a lot of people loitering about. Not sure if they were all staying there or what, and nobody bothered us, but it lends a feeling of suspicion on a hotel when there are so many people hanging around in the parking lot or with their room doors open. Also, the water pressure was terrible and the tub took a lot of time to drain.

I ended up not sleeping there. The AC didn't work really and the room smelled like old cigarettes and urine. It was not comfortable and I knew I wouldn't get any sleep. If there is any way to get a refund I'd appreciate that (after all I left without staying there!)

Staff did not disclose the amount of the deposit before running payment for the room. Also stupid close to a major highway, the traffic sounded like it was in my room making it very difficult to fall asleep and staying asleep.
