Front desk lady who checked me in have some serious issues. She needs to be well trained that how to welcome the guest, respond to their problems and attention.

This hotel is very well kept. It felt clean all around. The pool is very small. Capacity listed is 10 people. If you’re with a large group, I think it’s fair to make you aware. Weight room is incredible with great equipment. We didn’t try the free breakfast so I can’t rate that, but lots of good places to eat nearby. One downfall was a broken plug stuck in our bathroom socket. I made the mistake of touching it trying to plug my blow dryer in and felt a serious shock. I let the front desk know, but they didn’t seem too interested. Hopefully, they removed the broken piece from the outlet before someone gets really hurt. Based on cleanliness and location, would definitely stay here again.

Everything VERY nice and food was great but I wish there was a hottub in pool area and coffee out all day.

Great place to stay in Manchester. Parking available and the hotel has everything you need but also in heart of town with easy walk to restaurants and shops. Clean, pleasant staffc comfortable room and no complaints!

Room. Breakfast. Staff. Closeness to snhu arena So many adults talking so loud and yelling at their kids in the breakfast area. But I know you cant do anything about that.
