The front desk said they checked for me, but could only offer us a bottle of febreeze for the smell. The breakfast was very limited. Hard to walk anywhere without having to cross a highway. I picked it for the outdoor pool. It was raining I couldn't use it (obviously not there fault) but there were significantly cheaper places around that would have been equal in amenities, other than the outdoor pool.

The breakfast was great. I'm always a fan of hotel waffles for some reason. They had strawberries and multiple syrups for the waffles. It was well put together. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room was quiet. I wouldn't consider the room we were in a $275 a night room. My kids were also very excited to use the pool. We were busy the first day, but headed straight to the pool when it opened at 9am. After about 5 minutes, we noticed a dead chipmunk in the pool. The pool was our motivation for booking this particular hotel. We were all pretty disappointed.

It woke me up and I could not get back to sleep. I believe the dog was left unattended in the room

Stayed here while attending Laconia bike week 2026. It’s a good distance from Weirs beach and Loudon racetrack, however if you’re looking ride your bike the distance allows you to enjoy the roads and scenery. The rooms were clean and modern along with a friendly atmosphere. Red arrow diner is a short distance away.

We traveled to New Hampshire for a bridal shower. The hotel was close to the Manchester Country Club where the shower was being held. Coffee and breakfast were great!

We loved staying there. Everything was fabulous. The room, the bathroom, the beds, the TV the lack of sound from the road. The breakfast and a downstairs bathroom near the lobby, all terrific.
