I would never trust my vehicle in this hotel’s parking lot. They have absolutely no fencing or security whatsoever to prevent the neighbors from just wandering over. I tried requesting to cancel my reservation and they would not allow it. The next day I spoke with Expedia and the CS person was able to have them cancel that night but they refused to cancel the prior night. Expedia’s CS person has filed a complaint against this establishment. Simply going to the other side of the highway allows you to choose from 3 great properties. I chose the LaQuinta Inn & Suites. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and I highly recommend LaQuinta in Manchester TN for your next stay.

Parking: Excellent-No issues. Breakfast: Never able to catch it. Was out of room at 9:00 both days and kitchen-breakfast area vacant and ALL chairs were turned over on tables and not down ready for use. Room: Well we had a clear 3 inch gap not only in our main door but at the adjoining room door for room beside us. We ended up putting our luggage against door to block it. Kinda weirded out by this especially since both nights we heard the adjoining door open-stay open for several minutes then slam shut. We were worried a thin camera would be put under door thus why we blocked it as best we could. With all lights off in room-the void at main door entrance to room the room lit up. Once you leave scan in room-leave and come back your room key becomes inoperative so you have to go to front desk to get-reactivated. This happened 9 times in 2 days between my husband and I. We had an ironing board in room but no iron and front desk said “We have no irons for patron use”. Asked why have an ironing board and guy shrugged. Provide 3 small 16-24 inch pillows that we had to share between husband and I. Was told no access to more pillows for use. Also bed has fitted sheet, top sheet and a small blanket. Plan to be awoken between 7:30-8am by the LOUD powerful bang of housekeeping. I thought SWAT was at door it was so powerful and loud. Room was “okay” but nothing to exclaim glee about.

This is not the first time I've stayed here and was slightly disappointed. The room was clean however there was a rack for 2 rolls of toilet paper. One only had a few sheets and the other about a half a roll. Went to a event and got back about 8 pm. Room was straight, cleaned and bed made. This time no toilet paper. Had to get dressed and go back to the lobby.

After driving through a terrible storm and multiple hotels telling us they have nothing for the night the Hilton was not only a life saver but it was extremely refreshing.
-
Great staff, clean room, nice area. The grounds were nice. I’d stay again

Check was easy, room was clean! Breakfast was fast!
-
They do not offer King beds, the Queen we had was ok but we will not rebook due to the bed.

This place was spectacular. The room was clean when we came in. One of the cleaners actually cleaned ours 2 times one day. Very well kept everything looked so nice. You will not regret staying in the Microtel inn and suites. I give them 100 out of 100. The pool looked real nice I just forgot my bath suite so I didn't get in. If I'm ever in Manchester tn I will be staying here again.

The first time I stayed here the room was big and spacious This time was smaller but still a great room the only thing I missed was the working desk
-
Pool nice. Coffee great. Beds comfortable Cockroaches running around in our room. They were huge and when we told the staff, they didn’t apologize to us for it nor did they seem to care or seem surprised or bothered

Breakfast was good and rooms were comfortable!
