Very warm and friendly welcome, property being renovated so hard to be critical of some mess but overall disruption was minimal and did not cause us any issues and property will benefit and I am sure will look very nice when finished. Breakfast choice was reasonable and overall good value for money, beds very comfy with nice linen. NOTE if you show room card at Logans or Jeffersons the adjacent restaurants you will get a discount😁👍

Good location Charged my bank account six different times for six different amounts. The property charged me almost three times the amount when all totaled together. I called them and got the classic double talk from the manager.

Wasn't made aware that it was under construction. Walls are very thin, could hear everything from the hallway, and there were stains on everything including the furniture and curtains. Not worth the price at all.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice and accommodating. The remodel and the time for breakfast concluded too early. The breakfast ended at 9, which was too early to accommodate us getting in late. The remodel wasn’t terrible, but didn’t look good. I’d have suggested closing an entire floor off to work so guests aren’t near any of it.

Not enough pillows and the second bed had huge warn out spot that u sank in when trying to lay down.

The hotel was in the middle of a remodel so it was in disarray but I’m sure when it’s done it will be nice. The internet was very difficult to use. That was a big inconvenience. The location was really good with places around to walk to to eat. The beds were comfortable and the room was neat and clean. Breakfast was suitable.

They were remodeling stuff everywhere

My room is a decent size, especially since we had three adults and two small children. The beds were comfortable. There was a lot of renovation going on that you could see the minute you walked into the lobby. The worst part was the smell of paint was still in the hallways. The Breakfast area had several rolls of carpet that made the room much more cramped.

Expedia‘s reviews were terrible. The place was rated as exceptional and got there and it was under construction and in terrible shape.
