The hotel was in the middle of a remodel so it was in disarray but I’m sure when it’s done it will be nice. The internet was very difficult to use. That was a big inconvenience. The location was really good with places around to walk to to eat. The beds were comfortable and the room was neat and clean. Breakfast was suitable.

Breakfast and location They were remodeling stuff everywhere
-
My room is a decent size, especially since we had three adults and two small children. The beds were comfortable. There was a lot of renovation going on that you could see the minute you walked into the lobby. The worst part was the smell of paint was still in the hallways. The Breakfast area had several rolls of carpet that made the room much more cramped.

Expedia‘s reviews were terrible. The place was rated as exceptional and got there and it was under construction and in terrible shape.
-
Friendly and knowledgeable staff It is under renovation
-
This place still looks good but will look even better once they have their renovations / updates completed.

Filthy. Under construction. Elevator not working. Pictures online do not reflect existing condition. Rooms not available when arrived clerk offers a refund. & says you booked on third party site & is not responsible . VERRY POOR SERVICE.

This location was having water issues so many rooms were tore up and you could see they were remodeling. They were great keeping us comfortable. Food was fresh, a/c was fine.

Expedia did not tell us when booking Sleep Inn, Manchester, TN was undergoing major reconstruction due to water damage. Elevator was waiting repair so limited room to first floor. Would have chosen different hotel. Room was fine and breakfast was fine. Checkin clerk very friendly. When reconstructed will be fine, probably months.

The rooms were nice and clean and didnt have any weird smells to them. The beds were decent as well. Only issue we had was they had the air locked on a certain degree and it wouldnt allow you to go below it and its was blistering hot and that was very uncomfortable.

Everything was very nice. Clean, friendly staff. The only problem was the elevator wasn’t working. We were given a room on the 2nd floor so only one flight of stairs and only one night we were staying. So it wasn’t a big deal.

Didn't eat breakfast. The building smelled. Construction crap everywhere. Elevator broke, all guess has to use stairs. This is to be a very niceeee place. I was surprised and very disappointed. The bed had either flees or bed bugs. I was embarrassed because I had a guess with me. Reusing room key sleeves. Ridiculous! Parking lot
