We always stay at this location when visiting relatives in Manchester. It's convenient, pricing is fair, & the facility is clean. They're under major renovation. But, I'm sure it'll be great when they're done.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was nice and accommodating. The remodel and the time for breakfast concluded too early. The breakfast ended at 9, which was too early to accommodate us getting in late. The remodel wasn’t terrible, but didn’t look good. I’d have suggested closing an entire floor off to work so guests aren’t near any of it.

The night shift Lady that was from Florida was awesome very talkative which I needed after driving all day. The room was very roomy, had a mini fridge, microwave, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided. Not enough pillows and the second bed had huge warn out spot that u sank in when trying to lay down.

The hotel was in the middle of a remodel so it was in disarray but I’m sure when it’s done it will be nice. The internet was very difficult to use. That was a big inconvenience. The location was really good with places around to walk to to eat. The beds were comfortable and the room was neat and clean. Breakfast was suitable.

My room is a decent size, especially since we had three adults and two small children. The beds were comfortable. There was a lot of renovation going on that you could see the minute you walked into the lobby. The worst part was the smell of paint was still in the hallways. The Breakfast area had several rolls of carpet that made the room much more cramped.

Expedia‘s reviews were terrible. The place was rated as exceptional and got there and it was under construction and in terrible shape.
