The receptionist was horrible and rude. She was not available to desk. She knew we were there and she told us to wait. The interaction was very rude. Acted like I was bothering her. She seemed very angry and very short with me. All I did was give her my name and I spelled it and she says I know and she said well you booked with bookings.com so I have to charge you for some unknown expenses. I left, wondering what just happened. Never met somebody so rude when showing up for a room.

Great location, big generous parking lot (I have a van and trailer), good breakfast, nearby restaurant Bed too soft for my preference but okay.

Staff was always prompt and helpful, they accommodated our whole family as we bought a house. Breakfast was great and our pets were always welcome

The experience was excellent from check in to check out. Caat, who works the front desk, is extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, the pool area was very clean, and the breakfasts were excellent. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! We'll see you next year!

Solo traveler, was in Manchester for work. Hotel was dirty, pool water was green, the fitness center is a joke, three machines and all were very dirty, my first room assigned smelled of dirt and musty oder. Asked for a second room and it was better. However my bathroom tub has mildew in the caulk. Carpet had a big stain in it. The large mirror had finger prints on it: Room service only happened once during my week stay. I paid through Expedia and could not cancel my reservation or switch hotels. Will not stay there again.

Liked the facility but rates were really high and they did not have a Bible in the room. Otherwise it was as expected for a Holiday Inn Express.

We drove from Western NY and booked a queen suite. We were visiting my brother who is in the Air Force for my mom's 71st birthday. We havent seen him in 5 years. The room they placed us in had left over popcorn on the floor and stains on the floor. We decided to look over that as we were only staying a few days and not the type to speak out to be moved. However, later in the night I found a bed bug. They moved us into to king rooms as another two queen room was unavailable. We decided to check out the next night. After several calls/talks with the hotel and expedia, we are getting a refund.

Everything was clean, and taken care of. No hassle parking. Plenty of places to eat and get gas around.
