Solo traveler, was in Manchester for work. Hotel was dirty, pool water was green, the fitness center is a joke, three machines and all were very dirty, my first room assigned smelled of dirt and musty oder. Asked for a second room and it was better. However my bathroom tub has mildew in the caulk. Carpet had a big stain in it. The large mirror had finger prints on it: Room service only happened once during my week stay. I paid through Expedia and could not cancel my reservation or switch hotels. Will not stay there again.

Liked the facility but rates were really high and they did not have a Bible in the room. Otherwise it was as expected for a Holiday Inn Express.

We drove from Western NY and booked a queen suite. We were visiting my brother who is in the Air Force for my mom's 71st birthday. We havent seen him in 5 years. The room they placed us in had left over popcorn on the floor and stains on the floor. We decided to look over that as we were only staying a few days and not the type to speak out to be moved. However, later in the night I found a bed bug. They moved us into to king rooms as another two queen room was unavailable. We decided to check out the next night. After several calls/talks with the hotel and expedia, we are getting a refund.

Everything was clean, and taken care of. No hassle parking. Plenty of places to eat and get gas around.

I liked that the room was cleanly and the beds were softer than most beds I encountered on my trip. The breakfast was pretty good too I didn’t like that my children identified the pool was dirty. It was not clear enough to see them swim. I also didn’t like that the bathroom in our room had no fan. There were not enough outlets in the room either, and the one by the bed was so loose, I was lucky to get my clap machine to stay plugged in enough to get power overnight. Also the pillows were on the lower quality side.

Stayed here on a family vacation and it's a great hotel property. The room was clean and comfortable - sofa bed was on the small side, but worked well for us. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The breakfast was very good with lot's of food and options. Also it's a good location, easy to access from the highway and close a number of restaurant options. Highly recommended!
