Location and the staff was friendly I saw a roach and thankfully just one. The air conditioner was full of mold. So I think a good updated clean and disinfect. Other than that it was pleasent.

Second time we stayed at this hotel. Everything was great again, staff was friendly and met all our expectations! Great for our dog too and pet fee was reasonable imo.

Very clean rooms, spacious, comfortable, very kind staff, nice breakfast spread, great price! No toilet seat lid, no vent in bathroom. My family of 5 stayed in a suite with 2 full beds and a sleeper couch for 2 nights. Anyone staying in a room with that many beds will have multiple people, all sharing the single bathroom. A vent gives some added privacy during bathroom use, helps reduce smells, and helps clear steam after showers. A toilet lid, most importantly, helps prevent the spread of germs by blocking the spray from flushing and gives an additional surface near the shower to place items. It also prevents items from falling into the toilet with multiple people maneuvering around... Strongly recommend adding both amenities to your bathrooms in the future. Otherwise, no complaints!

We were there for a family reunion in Manchester. Stayed 3 nights with our Labrador service dog. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. We would sit every night in the lobby visiting with other family members that were staying there also. The staff was constantly cleaning and mopping the floors. The outside was also very clean and maintained. We would definitely stay here again. We did want to go in the pool but the chlorine smell was a little more than we expected so we changed our minds on that. It being an indoor pool the chlorine smell couldn’t really escape the room . Maybe an exhaust fan would help with that. Other than that one issue we had a great stay. They also took a picture of our dog and put her up on the board with the other dogs that have stayed there.

Everything was clean and the staff was phenomenal!

Comfort suites is always our go to for cleanliness, and best bang for our buck. We are a big family and it’s great to have enough room for all of us to sleep in and move around.

Great staff and the breakfast was generous. Great coffee too. I’ll be staying again in July and August.

It is a great place to stay. The hotel is always cleaned and the staff has always been friendly. I stay here twice a year during my travels and never had a problem.
