Hotel was nice overall, except some guests sitting out late at night till 3am and because they were loud, we were not able to get a proper rest. We informed the front desk but they only told them to tone it down which did not help, only when we complained second time then they left.

Breakfast was great. This is where we always stay when we come to Manchester The luggage carts had flat tires and were hard to navigate.

Great place to stay for Bonnaroo

we had 2 rooms because we are a family of 6. One of the rooms had dirty bedding. When I went to the front desk about it, the gentleman said, “there’s a big fest in town so it’s been so busy that our cleaning staff can’t keep up” I had to ask him to change the bedding to which he said. “I can see if the cleaning staff is still around”.

I cannot say enough GOOD things about my stay! The gentleman that checked me in was welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, and sleeping in the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! The breakfast was watchfully maintained and everything a breakfast should be! Checkout was seamless, and the lady at the front desk was warm and personable. I was not able to use the fitness room or the swimming pool, but I will definitely be staying there again. I told the lady at the front desk if they added a spa, it would be a destination!
