it was a nice place to stay at. my friends and i stayed there for bonnaroo it was clean and the air conditioner was 10/10. staff was very helpful too
-
not a bad place and good location

Staff was great, very helpful and accommodating of a late arrival. Check in and out was smooth as butter. The room however, while relatively bug free for Tennessee, was not clean. Sheets had brown blotting and walls in the bathroom had brown handprints over the toilet. Cheapest room in the area for a reason,

Disgusting and run down. Unsafe. I wouldn’t let my dog stay here
-
the towels in the room were covered in stains, the bathtub had dirt in it, the light above the sink didn’t work, water was brown when we first ran the faucet. the staff was super helpful though!

I stay here every yr since 2022 the cpl days before Bonnaroo, its alittle run down but I've nver had an issue with anything. If there's anything wrong with the room they made it right for with no questions, I enjoy my stay every yr

Staff was friendly and convenient when we come to Bonnaroo. This is the second time we stay there and we will continue in the future. Thank you.

The door to our room couldn't be locked the sink was broken.. the toilet seat was broke it pinched my leg and left a bruise had roaches when I called and ask for a decent room that I spent my hard earn money on they told me no then after paying for my room they made me pay a extra $20

Absolutely NOTHING There was a literal knife stabbed behind the bathroom door, everything was dirty and looked just disgusting. Burn marks all in the “comforter” if you even want to call it that. Looked more like a giant curtain. The bathroom was moldy and gross. There was drug addicts all over the place and someone even set off my door alarm trying to get in. It looks like a straight up horrible place where someone could get shot.. like wow. I can’t even get a refund even after I got there and seen how bad it was. I’m not happy at all

Did not like at all! The worst place I’ve ever been! The door keys were not working properly, every single time I wanted enter the room I couldn’t use it and need to go to the front and ask for help. Very unsafe place and I ended up sleeping in the car. The place is old itself and broken and even though they ask for deposit just in case some damages.
-
No breakfast as advertised, which was a deciding factor for me. I stayed 2 weekends and they never refunded the deposits either time, so I had to contest the charges with my bank after they wouldn't contact me back. The floors felt like they were about to collapse. Will never come back, it's not worth your time, money, or hassle
-
They lie. I stayed 2 weekends a few weeks ago. There was no breakfast as advertised (not the biggest deal but it was a deciding factor for me), and they never refunded my deposit or responded back when I asked about it. I had to dispute the charges with my bank. Will never stay again

WENT THERE 7-30 -8 AM NO STAFF THERE DOORS LOCKED :( WASTE TIME JUST SAYING TO WALK TO OFFICE NO ONE THERE
-
Nothing We couldn't get towels or toilet paper after asking the entire time we was there
-
No frills truck stop type. Clean but old and staff seemed uninterested. No breakfast, though advertised. Pics are not accurate and pool closed.

We checked in saw the room and turned around and left. Office window covered with plexiglass and taped up to hold it up. A group of men having a party and grilling in the parking lot outside our room. Our room door didn’t close properly we couldn’t close it or lock it correctly. This place was unacceptable and we did not feel safe remaining there.
-
Did not feel clean and there were bugs (roaches) crawling all over the nightstand. We left asap. Not somewhere we wanted to stay with a baby.
-
Nothing Blood on sheets drug paraphernalia roaches and bed bugs were present in the room
-
The location was great! The bathroom door didn’t shut, toilet didn’t flush, key card worked when it wanted to, tv didn’t work, remote was missing the back, blanket on bed had cigarette burn holes even though was in a non smoking room.

Well it could be better for the price, i mean it's located where there are alot of other hotels The staff didn't ask if I needed anything like more towels, toilet paper, and they don't even have the little coffee maker in the room and also i booked the time to check in was 3 am but they were telling i couldn't unil 3pm so I had to pay them 80 extra dollars to check in the am when they had the room available and if he would have read my booking thoroughly he would have seen it was a am check in i feel like booking.com should reimburse me for the extra money and I asked for my money back, and he said that I will have to talk to booking. Com to get a refund and I said didn't you get paid in advance he said yes so who had the money booking.com or the hotel i have to go back to Manchester again tomorrow and I think booking.com should pay for a 1 night stay for me
