Small but great. Had the queen room. Receptionist is polite and friendly Floor is dirty, my son's feet were black from few minutes of walking barefoot inside the room

Room is clean , just perfect size for 2 persons in one night stay. Plenty of parking.

Exceptional

The property is easy to access and well located for Manhattan Beach. It has lots of free parking and both check in and check out were super easy. Honestly the room was nice and as per the photos, each room also had AC and whilst this was a slightly loud wall unit, it’s certainly cold enough so no complaints there. For the price per night I was very happy, would recommend for anyone looking to watch costs whilst also wanting somewhere well located to stay! The shower was not 100% clean when we arrived and the water pressure was not great but these are pretty minor complaints and overall it’s a very pleasant place to stay!

We really enjoyed staying at the Highview. It was one minute from the job that we were working on the rooms were clean. The laundry room was great. There was an ice machine. It was close to everything. I highly suggested.

The only thing I may ask for next time I stay is for a room on the second floor. My room was ADA compliant, but the lack of wall plugs in the bathroom was annoying. I finally found a wall outlet hidden behind the mirror but the positioning of the outlet only allowed for vertical plugs and not horizontal. I had to use my water pik overt the trashcan because there was a plug over the sink.

Easy location - great price - clean - bedroom space was roomy. Parking was free and on site. I could hear the people walking around above us. I’d definitely stay here again - for the price you have to compromise something and for this space it’s just the thin floor above.
