This trip was very hard being that we were were therefore funeral, the young man who checked us in very helpful and very understanding , however, upon checking out the staff that replaced that gentleman was very rude and disrespectful, didn’t speak but walked around on his phone and facility did not stock the kitchen for breakfast Also, when it came to asking for a extra set of towels to shower before checking out, he threw the towels up on the counter, letting me know their policy was only to give towels at check-in. I let Him know that I did use those towel to wash the dirt from my Body when we were done traveling, but I will also like to take a shower before I left to get ready for the funeral. I was already sad and crying and disappointed so for him to look at me and discuss and throw the towels at me and say that he did not wanna give them to me Upon coming home to notice that my deposit was not returned and they also charge my card additional $90 I was very Angry but I’m so thankful for the Travelocity manager. That is helping me with this to return My Money. I will always book from the site. They are great but be careful which hotel you picked. The wave was very clean very safe, but the staff can use some help. The first gentleman was very nice. They need more people like him very helpful to understand his customer needs the gentleman that was there in the morning however he needs to be spoken to how to handle his customers

I asked for wake up call. Never got it. They put me in disabled room. Not sure why. Bed was itchy. They have coffee machine but no water. Glad I am out of there

Breakfast has waffles and pastries Everything works. One thing to improve is the aesthetics of little corners of the tiling in bathroom and the doorjamb in adjoining room. That’s all, otherwise nice and comfortable

Excellent stay and had everything I needed. I do not regret booking here. The area was my favorite part.

Spacious rooms and responsive staff

The service was terrible, as was the handling of the situation. I had a medical emergency and explained this to Expedia customer service; they contacted the hotel, but the hotel didn't care at all that their guest was going through an emergency ‼️ They focus solely on their own profits and pay no attention to their guests.

The rooms were decent, and the staff was friendly and made it a pleasant place to stay.

Pool was great, friendly staff, but if you have any back or neck issues, the bed is not for you. Felt like I was hit by a bus when I woke up after tossing and turning on a very hard bed.
-
Rude staff, blood on walls and bed. Bed was hard and the frame/box spring was like a file cabinet. Lots of police activity. You get what you pay for.

Very good

Super clean room! Staff was very friendly. Pool felt amazing. Only downside is there were a few ants on bathroom counter. 🐜

Nice area..shops and restaurants not too far away Room didn't get cleaned at all one day although they took the tip!!!! Looks quite dated. Bathroom / toilet is tiny.

I booked a 5 day stay and it was the literally the worse experience I have. It was a family vacation of 7 people total. We got the family suite room. First thing I notice right away was the floor. The floor was not clean at all. There was sand and debris in the floor. Second thing was we have a total of 7 people. 2 adults and 5 kids ranging from age 18 to 5 years old. The hotel only give us 4 towels expecting us to use with 7 people? I personally have to go up and asked for towels. Finally, we were there dir 5 days stay and during our time there , our bed sheet was not changed at for those 5 days stay. I would not recommended this hotel to anywone who going to LA especially near manhattan beach area.

Very Good location and services

The staff were nice, but the beds had to be box springs if not cardboard boxes. The floors had paint on them, at the door there was two large square holes in the wall with a smaller square piece of dry wall to fill the square. But it was too small, and nobody ever finished their patch job on the wall. I can’t stress enough how bad the bed was. But if it’s any indication, me and my party left at 9pm the night before check out because we would not or more rather could not sleep on those beds again
