Easy parking on the street. Some small bugs. Area was convenient

Wonderful. Close to beach. Such a big room. Great for families.

And I saw tell her it’s nice greeting and the room is smack very well appointed there was everything. I’m only staying a day instead of staying longer because I’m waiting for my future son-in-law to take me to our state. I hope he gets here excited it’s been a long time in coming status of a husband ill and I’m so glad that he has agreed to come but when he comes, I’m not sure I’m happy to wait as long as I need to, but it’s supposed to be on his break so I submit now because it’s the lunch hour. Thank you again for a very nice day and it was only for one night.

Worse stay EVER. Got to the property at 1am and the room type was wrong; booked 3 queen bed suite but the given room type was 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Had to take the wrong room cuz they were fully booked. Talked to the manager the next morning who was extremely rude and unhelpful. We were asking for another extra room so we would have some privacy between the 2 little families but the manager wouldn't do it so we had to pay for another room ourselves. The vending machine doesnt work, it will only take your money and no drinks comin out. The second night when we came back the door key doesn't work, when we finally got into the room there were full of ants in the room, on the floor, on the wall, even on the bed so we moved again to a different room at 2 am. Every single room STINKS, smells like urine. The white towels are gray. Unknown Stains on the blanket and the sheets. The water pressure was not strong. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Facility was nice. Just had to ask for clean towels. Overall a great experience.

However, the staff was friendly. The rooms felt as if they were sound proofed. The silence was amazing. Fan and A/C worked perfectly. Fridge/Freezer were clean and worked great. Convenient location.

Strong smell of cigarettes, old and dingy towels. Old bed linen and blankets. I stayed in a horrible blue room.

Overall a good crash location to the beach within walking distance to beaches and food.Good stay,

I have stayed here on several occasions. It appears they are updating the rooms, which is a good thing. On this stay, I noticed some missing drywall to access a drain for the shower and a spider on my mirror. The TV was very small.

Good hotel to stay at

Our room smelt heavily of marijuana smoke. We then found marijuana in one of the pull out beds. The TV DID NOT WORK and we weren’t able to use it through our stay. The front desk said they would help fix it and never did. Awful noise levels of doors slamming all night. This was the worst stay we’ve ever experienced! The front staff also said the manager was out of town, so I wasn’t able to speak to anyone in person. Awful stay

Found multiple cockroaches in hotel. Instantly left. They refused my refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I am writing this review to warn other travelers about a severe security breach and a complete lack of professionalism at this hotel.The Theft & Police Involvement:During our stay, multiple personal items were stolen directly out of our locked hotel room. Because the hotel staff failed to take this seriously, we had to involve local law enforcement and file an official police report. Shockingly, the responding police officers informed us that this is not the first time they have had to respond to issues of theft at this specific hotel.The Lack of Management Response:While the night clerk was polite, the management team has been completely non-existent and unhelpful.We were promised management would contact us first thing Sunday morning (7/19). They never called.We went down to the front office in person to follow up. The day clerk told us management was still unavailable but promised they would email us immediately.It is now Monday (7/20), and we have still received absolutely zero communication. They are actively dodging us.The Room Conditions:The layout of the rooms is decent, but the cleanliness is lacking—it was very obvious that the floors are not swept regularly. Additionally, the amenities are poor; there is only one single microwave located in the community area for the entire hotel to share.Final Verdict:I was actually enjoying my stay until this happened. It is terrifying to know that people can access your room and steal your belongings, and management ignores you.
