Hotel Pacific Manhattan Beach

The air conditioning unit did not work. The help was rude. They don't offer wake up calls. And the garage was a bit busy and sketchy... Sketchy people casing smoking etc

The room was clean and everything worked. But, there was no where to hang clothes. Also in check in, there were no towels in the room. I had to look for the house keepers to get towels. I asked for a linen and towel change got the second day. Only got towels. The location was convenient, free street parking was good, and the price was okay. But I doubt I’ll be back.

They charge me 100 USD for deposit of I do not know what and then after I check out they said the money could come to my account in 2 day, until today the 100 USD have not been deposited to my account back.

The parking garage reeked of marijuana use. It was as if someone was hot boxing in the room adjacent to the elevator. Coincidentally there is even a "No Smoking Marijuana" sign nearby. The elevator smelled of dog urine and there was a large wet puddle in the middle of the floor. Our room reeked of cologne. It was as if there was an Abercrombie and Fitch store built into the sheets. When we complained of the strong odor, hotel staff instructed us to open the singular window to the room to increase ventilation. Not that helpful since it was baked into the sheets. As for amenities, there are none. The pool that is advertised in their photos does not exist. It is a concrete pad in the middle of the complex. If they were renovating it, they did not say, nor were there signs to indicate such. The "breakfast" bar had a few $1 prepackaged muffins and a leaking/broken coffee machine. Overall, I felt like I got lied to and scammed.

The room had no Kleenexs, no where to hang clothes, ants in the bathroom and the A/C rattled all the time. They charge $10.00 a day for parking in their lot and a $100.00 deposit at check in to be returned after departure, only took 3 days to get the deposit back. I don’t recall that either charge was identified when reviewing the website before choosing this hotel. Overall this is the worst place I have stayed in MB and i will never be back

The location is right on a busy street Sepulveda. It is about 5-7 mins from the Pier. Exterior walls could use some high-powered washing. The room was good, comfortable, felt safe. Water pressure was low for flushing. Parking is underground. It is about 20 min drive to LAX. Staff could use a smile more and welcoming guests.

DO NOT STAY HERE THIS HOTEL HAS BED BUGS, DIRT, PEE STAINS, AND FECAL MATTER UNDER THE SHEETS. THEY WON'T REFUND YOU YOUR MONEY EITHER IF YOU LEAVE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ONLY MONEY.

My stay was brief but overall it was a decent place to stay checked in around 10:30ish at night and to leave early 8n the morning the only thing that could probably made my stay better was the customer service the guy in the front desk needed to be a lil more welcoming and also know that you have to put a deposit for the room and over the phone i was informed you could make it in cash but no they want a credit card on file
