Staff was very lovely and helpful. Great location as well.

The beds have a thin metal wrap around the base that makes a loud clanging noise if you hit it.

Did not stay a deposit was required only because of my race nothing in documentation did it state a deposit I’m also 49 years old and there is never a reason for a deposit racial profiling.

The cost performance is wonderful based on the location compared with other hotels in the area. I don’t like the smell in the room so air conditionig was used while l was in. They did’t clean the room. Stayed two night.

The room was nice and clean and very spacious too. It was in Manhattan Beach. I was there for 2 nights and the staff were friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The place was a dump. I wouldn't send my worst enemy there.

I DID NOT END UP STAYING THERE…I REQUESTED A REFUND AND THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL!! THE PICTURES ON EXPEDIA OF HOTEL ARE FAKE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! AGAIN…DO NOT STAY AT THIS RUN DOWN HOTEL‼️EXPEDIA NEEDS TO REMOVE FROM THERE LIST OF HOTELS!!

It not as bad but hated it because they keep charging the key door lock.

It was really great. The guy who checked us in gave us a handicap room, our daughter has to use a wheelchair. Nice quiet hotel, good price. I'll stay here again. Also, safe area just on a busy street. We enjoyed our stay. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ from us. God bless 😊🙏

Exceptional

The owner’s response to a basic receipt request was unacceptable. I checked out early, but the receipt he printed did not show my actual departure date. After repeated requests, including a call asking for an emailed correction, I returned in person. He shouted at me, demanded that I leave the property and refused to provide the corrected receipt. I felt intimidated. As of this review, I still have neither an accurate early-checkout receipt nor the refund I requested for the unused night. He told me the refund had to go through Expedia, yet would not provide the documentation I requested to support it. In my experience, this made an already frustrating process even harder. Housekeeping removed my towels without replacing them on four separate occasions. I reported it each time, but it kept happening. My trash was not emptied, the shower control worked poorly, and I was required to pay cash for parking. I video-recorded nearly all of my interactions, including the receipt confrontation. A guest should not be shouted at for requesting an accurate checkout record. I would not return and strongly advise other travelers to avoid this hotel at all costs. Their rates are very affordable, but you get so much worse than what you pay for here. The owner personally interacted with me and it was a horrible experience. I will never stay there again.

It was quiet and clean and the staff was friendly and made me feel welcome

There are junked out cars in the garage, piles of garbage and squalor strewn about. My bathroom drain was backed up and STUNK OF MILDEW…it drained slowly at first before not draining at all & rendering it inoperable. But honestly, I can deal with a lil squalor…but the worst part was the staff. Aside from the nice man who checked me in - they are either untrained, dont care, or both. NICK up front was specifically rude, incompetent, and clearly does not care about working there. He (and others) sit around their little corner from the front desk, playing video games or whatever, and treat guests with disdain for the simplest requests. Dont expect your room to be cleaned. Even after I requested FOUR TIMES IN THE SAME DAY, I was ignored. Literally. The note the day shift person left on the computer was in the same place as from the morning - night shift guy just shrugged when I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned in an 8 hour period???? I had to change sheets on my own, which THE EMPLOYEE WAS ANNOYED ABOUT???? Horrible, horrible experience. STAY. FAR. AWAY.

Everything was great. It was very clean, and the desk clerk was very nice. With that being said, The only thing was I had to wait 7-10 business days to get my $100 deposit. That was a bit disappointing. Otherwise I was nice.
