Really great hotel for the money

I like the location and amenities of this hotel. It’s modern and clean. The hot tub/pool area and outside area were nice. My only complaint is that we had to upgrade to a more expensive room in order to get early check in. Felt like a bit of a scam. The tv in the more expensive room didn’t work well, like the screen was damaged.

Had an amazing stay. The staff was so wonderful and very helpful when needed. The room was very clean .

Good hotel for our overnight stay. Hermosa Beach is nice beach a little longer walk from the hotel than expected.

There was a major fight in the room next to ours that lasted throughout the night until around 7:00 AM\. Despite the situation continuing for hours, none of the reception staff appeared to intervene, contact security, or call the police\. We did not sleep for a single minute and did not feel safe throughout the entire night until we checked out\. Also, the actual room looked very different from the pictures shown on the hotel’s website\. My booking was for a room with a **partial ocean view**, but in reality, there was no ocean view\. The receptionist was also not helpful when we raised our concerns\. At checkout, we were charged a parking fee\. I acknowledge that the parking charge was mentioned in the check\-in document, so I understand that I should have read it carefully\. However, I was not informed verbally that parking was paid\. In my experience, most hotels clearly inform guests about parking fees in advance and provide a parking permit or label to prevent guests from receiving a ticket\. Overall, this was a very disappointing stay\. The lack of response to the disturbance next door was especially concerning, and we left the hotel feeling exhausted and unsafe\. I would not stay here again\.

I don't blame the hotel for our noisy neighbors, because they handled it with relative speed, but just know that the walls are a bit thin.

They had lots of little things for you to do in the hotel, such as swimming table pool etc The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was roomy and freshened. Every single day would definitely recommend.

Very classy hotel, great location and reasonably priced. My room was on the third/top floor with a balcony overlooking the PCH and there was no traffic noise. It had a decent view of the ocean too. The parking garage was fine with ample spaces and the exterior pool/hot tub were decent too. I’m guessing it was recently remodeled and done so in a very stylish way sparing no expense. To me, it’s by far the most stylish hotel on the Hermosa/Manhattan Beach section of the PCH. It has a SoCal feel to it. Would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying there again.

Everything was good, except the one elderly male front receptionist was a little rude and not helpful.

We didn't have a balcony,we were placed in a room facing a busy street,the traffic was so loud it was hard to sleep. Tried to go in the hot tub,the water was way too hot.pool temperature was ok.
