We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Hermosa! The views were beautiful, and the hospitality was truly outstanding from the moment we checked in until check-out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made our stay feel special. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!

I payed for a room with patio, but there was no patio the staff was a bit rude and I couldn’t found my wife perfume

The property is in a great location, easy access to beach, about a 15 min walk. Room was clean and the staff was great.!

Hot tub was grimy, sheets, pillows and floor were stained. Room clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned. We were somehow downgraded from what we purchased and then gaslit about it despite whatever “VIP” room type they claimed we had purchased not existing on the suite section of their website. AVOID

The manager took my concerns very seriously and did credit us a night at the hotel. That did not spoil what I considered a great location and a very nice hotel. However, some training is needed with the staff that was there. One disappointment would be a non-functioning lobby with coffee or snacks for the patrons. Besides that it’s a lovely hotel and my wife and I will stay there again.

Stayed here my first time visiting California and I think my family will use this hotel for future visits. We loved the double vanity bathroom and overall spaciousness of the bathroom and room in general. The sound machine was a nice touch. The work space throughout the building was a nice feature as well since I had to work from home one day of the trip. I’d recommend getting a room that’s away from the main road. The traffic can be distracting. The staff were nice, the building was clean, and the view of the ocean is calming.

The third floor rooms with the winding stairs and ocean view are amazing. Thank you to the girl at check in that made our stay special by giving us this room.

It was pet friendly and close to the pool as requested. The pool opens a little late. But no biggie.
