Fantastic beach/sand location. Nice room, clean snd well equipped , beach towels, toiletries, coffee, water etc. room was clean and comfortable. Very well maintained.

Stay here! This property is simple--it doesn't have anything extra like breakfast, a fancy lobby, fancy hallways, etc. However, the rooms are SO nice with everything you need (very nice bathroom with hot water, good water pressure), a minifridge, microwave, outside the bathroom sink & counter, desk, comfy linens, pillows & beds, and there was a beautiful little balcony to boot that we had a glimpse of the ocean from! It is steps from The Strand and tons of delicious restaurants, bars, and shops. Very close to the pier also. It was honestly clean, quiet, insanely walkable, super well priced. We will be staying here every time we come to Hermosa Beach. Loved it!

Seconds walk from the beach. Room was clean and spacious. Parking is tight but we managed. Off street parking can get full and you may need to leave your keys with staff in case they need to move your car.

Great location near the beach and very affordable compared to other hotels.

Cleanliness staff parking were all excellent. The balcony itself was fine but you sit right on top of the neighbors AC which was noisy. Also the location is good but a bit expensive in comparison to beach front hotels.

We enjoyed our stay at the Grandview Inn. It is a standard hotel with not a lot of amenities BUT the location makes up for any shortcomings. The hotel staff was helpful with check-in and holding our luggage at check-out. While the location is in the middle of everything, the rooms were quiet and clean. We will be back.

Location Location Location!! Not enough parking. 16 units but only 11 parking spaces need I say anything else? However, management created their magic and made it possible for parking.

Great place right on the beach. We enjoy every minute.

No breakfast provided. Location is good. Has a Holiday Inn vibe, clean but could be anywhere, it’s the beach! They charge for everything related to the beach. TV controls confusing- no directions. No staff to speak of- no tissues.

Great hotel in an ideal looking, with the beach and restaurants/bars just steps away. Ocean view rooms are one of the best values in LA. Comfy beds plus plenty of free amenities such as toothpaste that higher star hotels don't even provide anymore. One notable downside is the WiFi, which was completely unreliable during my 2-day stay, even after alerting staff of the issue.

We have stayed at Grandview Inn more than 8 times and planning to go more of course It has onsite parking, friendly staff, 1 minute from the beach, close to many restaurants and shops.

This hotel was like a motel six inside, but with a beautiful ocean view

Great location I was promised a room with view. I did not get that.
