Deceitful advertising. They advertised an ocean view room but actual view was of a garbage dumpster. You could not see the ocean unless you went out on the balcony and hung off the corner to get a glimpse of the ocean.

First - the staff is INCREDIBLE. Shout out to Rolanda and Jasmine the GM. They made us feel like we belonged, like this was home, and made sure EVERY need was met (and we were def high maintenance). The property is gorgeous, the continental breakfast is fresh and delicious, and you can literally walk right on to the beach. The AC was INCREDIBLE and the beds were decently comfortable. I would recommend this place 10x over and I can’t wait to come back! When you have an excellent place to stay AND excellent service, that is hard to beat!

Clean rooms, excellent condition.. great towels and toiletries. The staff was professional and friendly. Beach view was from the side of the building which was my only disappointment upon arrival. I paid for a beach view thinking it would be facing the beach and it was facing the street... Should be transparent and say side view of the beach... It was expensive for beach view and didn't receive the full view... Other than that we enjoyed our time

From reservation to departure it was a memorable experience. The front desk staff "Aliyah" went above and beyond to write personal Birthday greeting for my mom who so very touched by this personal, warm and friendly gesture. Blanca was very helpful in accommodating us with our breakfast requests. The outside staff " "Jose, David, and Channing provided excellent, outstanding, rare customer service. This type of 5 star level of service comes from having exceptional management and caring for your staff on a higher level. I would highly recommend them.

Continental breakfast was good. Many restaurants were minutes away.

We loved this hotel. Our room overlooked the beach and we watched the sunset the 3 nights we weee there. Access to the beach was easy. Location was perfect to get to restaurants, bars, bike rentals, and shopping. Despite it being right on the beach the hotel was very clean and smelled lovely. The continental breakfast was great since I don’t usually do a big bfast but it has great coffee and juice and lighter fare. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Walking distance to Hermosa Beach Pier and eating spots!
