Beach House Hotel at Hermosa Beach

The room was absolutely spectacular! All of the staff that we encountered, especially the men at valet were so kind and professional.

Great location. Entered room and large cockroach. The front desk did not seem concerned. Came back from dinner and a/c was not working. Was fixed, but again the front desk was not concerned or apologetic

Then they shut off the water for hour and a half because they were fixing something broken. It created inconvenience as we needed water ASAP to shower and go out.And the last night, our next door room guest was smoking i think weed or marijuana in his balcony and smell was aweful. I had to go in my room and close the door. It was disrespectful of the hotel guest. I brought to the attention of the front desk personnel. They said "we're sorry". Otherwise, we like the location of this property, the room size and the cleanliness. This is our 3rd time staying there in the last 5 years.

Absolutely a lovely place

Great location. Comfortable attractive rooms. Excellent continental breakfast on attractive patio. A bit pricey for the overall experience but worthwhile.

I love this place so much. Great room, staff and exceptional location. I love having access to beach chairs, umbrellas and towels when needed and the staff is always super accommodating. Rooms are simple, comfortable and quiet. My only complaint is the carpet. The last two times, my feet were black when walking on the carpet with bare feet. Gross……I thought maybe it was because they are black in color, but after showering and walking around without shoes, I quickly learned that it was just the dirty carpet. I wish they would steam clean them regularly, as the bottoms of my feet were repulsive. And it wasn’t just the color, but the dirt, grime and other things from the floor that would stick to my feet. Otherwise, this is an amazing property!!

Please add streaming services on TV. Could not figure out how to turn on lamps near sofa. The location is perfect. Towels wonderful as was breakfast. The comforter was quite heavy compared to a down one, but I prefer the warmth and light weight of down. Valet gave us good recommendation of Palmilla for dinner. I was very comfortable and loved the daily activity on the strand and beach.

I have always wanted to stay at this property. It’s so point and cute. This is such an unfortunate event. The manager of this property was extremely rude and actually didn’t even let me stay here, just my brother and his friend and never refunded me for the room. She said I was rude to her as I was awaiting going to my prepaid for a room with my service animal dog.

the hotel is a great location on the beach. The staff were very efficient and we were able to get into our room early without a fee. I would definately stay there agaqin when we are in Hermosa Beach!
