Sea Sprite Beach Club

This family owned hotel was just lovely, the entire staff was so polite. And you couldn’t get closer to the beach. I will stay there again I’m sure.

Arriving at the Sea Sprite was everything I was hoping for. I was looking for a cool hotel on the beach, at the center of the action in Hermosa, with an in-house restaurant and beautiful rooms. I got that all. Arrival was managed by Anne, who was truly an exceptional and friendly host. I walked into a bustling brunch restaurant at Surfer Girl. People running by on the beach just a few feet away. Volleyball games going on. The rooms were well appointed, very nice furniture and decor, cute snacks and drinks, clean, well maintained, beautiful views. My only complaint was that my AC made funny noises. Highly recommend.

Very nice clean property. The bar/restaurant was super crowded. But it was Saturday night, a beautiful summer evening, so we expected that! We would stay there again. Breakfast was good, and it was included.

Everything was as described and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

This hotel sits on a prime location. Everything is walkable. Good and safe vibes for a family. Hotel is cute and modern but not the cleanest and needs some updates. Vallet parking only so expect that cost. Reception area super cozy and cute. The complimentary breakfast we dint make it but from what was left great options. Staff was great!. Would stay again!

We loved the location on the beach and the vibe of the hotel. It was decorated cute and the kitchen in our room was so nice to have. The only downside was our room was not properly cleaned daily. Some days it was but others we didn’t get towels and one day it wasn’t cleaned at all. I informed the hotel of this and they were very apologetic about it and waived our parking fee. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Hermosa!

The location was excellent — right next to the beach and one street over from tons of restaurants. The room was decorated beautifully and intentionally. The suite provided lots of space for our family of four. Small things that made our stay less convenient — had to request ice from the front desk, housekeeping was in our room every day at 3-4pm when we were returning to the room, the locks on the front/back doors were synced in a way that resulted in us being locked out a couple times.

Really beautiful and great location. If you stay in the main building be prepped for noise- from the restaurant, people above you, and the thin walls etc. Bunk beds need updating, they were very loud and squeaky for kids. Location however was perfect. Maybe the other buildings were better, definitely request a top floor if you stay in the main building.

I liked the bicycle rental discount and location.. bed was comfy as well. The housekeeping was lacking.. the first day we didn't have a bath mat and the rest of the days we never got hand towels and wash cloths.

Hermosa Beach is outstanding with clean beaches and a wonderful group of people at Sea Sprite to make the visit amazing. Safe and 5 star!

Very nice spacious room right on the beach! Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The best place to stay in Hermosa.

Great location and well decorated. The restaurant is good, but the breakfast does not reflect any connection to the restaurant. It used to be good but now it’s like a cheap hotel continental breakfast.

Very beautiful and clean room. Staff was very kind and helpful. You can’t beat the location. Would highly recommend, and would absolutely book here again.

The staff were really friendly. The view was amazing and it was great being so close to the beach. We were able to have a full kitchen in our unit and the rooms were spacious. The kids loved how comfy the beds were. The complimentary breakfast was super basic which included: coffee, bagels, yogurt, juice, croissants, and fruit. The location was top notch with many restaurants within walking distance. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay there. 4.5 stars. I recommend staying here.

A little pricey but a good hotel nonetheless

Second time staying here and it gets better each time. Prime location with lots to do.
