The cleaning staff was so rude and kept trying to enter my room WHILE I WAS ASLEEP to clean in the morning. For the price, this was unacceptable. Not only did the come in once or twice, but THREE times. This was the MOST ridiculous hotel staff I have ever seen. When I arrived at 3pm I had to wait 30 mins for the room to be cleaned, which is ironic because we were basically rushed to get out and leave at 8am for the room to be cleaned. The cleaning staff and how unprofessional they were, annoyingly tapping at the door with a key clearly hinting that we should leave. This definitely felt like a form of profiling and disrespect.

But I won't stay here again. The issue is the noise. At about midnight I was awakened by the people next door yelling at each other. I did knock on the door, and I did call the front desk, who talked to them, and they quieted down. The next morning it was incesant stomping and yelling from the child in the room above. Here's the thing: The walls are very thin. The floors/ceilings are very thin. The elevator is a single car that is quite slow. Parking is somewhat limited, and the spaces are very tight to navigate. These are things they simply can't fix. I was in a rush to check out, so I didn't ask for compensation, which I now regret.

Room was comfortable. Lobby area (breakfast area) was comfortable. Thank you for storing our luggages after we checked out.

I was please with the location good proximity to beach and well maintained hotel. I was not disappointed.

Beds comfortable. Paying for parking. Breakfast was mediocre. Price for staying was outrageous for location and got a balcony overlooking parking lot. I can’t see myself coming back to this hotel.

When I checked in the lady was not very nice. And when I went to get juice for breakfast there was like black gunk in the juice

The agent who checked me in was a great employee. Like her, you need more to make it an unforgettable stay

Also thank you to the GM for waiving our parking for the inconvenience of a pesky bug. Luckily we only had a problem at the very end of our stay. BTS ARMY appreciate it very much!! Definitely will be back.

I loved the room. It was big. They gane me the best room with the best view of the ocean from my balcony. I had everything I needed. My neighbors were quiet. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delicious every morning for the 4 days I was there. I really enjoyed my stay and if I can get the same room every time I visit I would be the happiest guest. I'll be back soon!

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again everything was excellent. The room was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. The location was also great, just a 10–15 minute walk from Hermosa Beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was also very good. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and everything was perfect Honestly, there was nothing negative to mention. Everything was excellent, and we would definitely stay here again!

Large clean and modern rooms Located at a Main Street, windows are not insulated , lots of noise from cars on the street as well as from neighbours from the hallway. Shower with curtain, not glass .
