Quality Inn & Suites Hermosa Beach

Almost everything met my expectations. The doors or the walls were incredible thin. I could hear a fight down the hall that sounded like they were fighting outside my door. It woke me up and frightened me. I tried calling the hotels front desk number and non one picked up. There wasn't even a front desk button on the phone in the room for me to use to let them know people were being loud! It was at 2am!

Exceptional

Reasonable location Noisy with old and clunky aircon. Bathroom location was an issue being to close to the bed

Location Somewhat run down looking

The jacuzzi was hot and a perfect temperature. The scrambled eggs served at the modest breakfast buffet were perfect.

That it was central to local business as well as Los Angeles area in general. it is a lovely area. The room was great; it had a large soaker tub. I would have liked to have had a view to the ocean as well.

Great service, clean room, great location

Cons - No pool. The breakfast was meh. The bacon was very greasy and thin and the eggs seemed like liquid eggs. I would definitely return!

Very poor

room was very spacious, and overall clean - although room cleaning was upon request only. location right next to trader joe's was very practical, and 20 min walk to the beach and hermosa pier. The reception staff were typically listless and disengaged. Room was dark with dated furnishings. beds were too soft and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable.

There was nothing wrong with the property. The pictures didn't match what we got. Highly disappointed.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. Loved having a breakfast which they kept with good options. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Loved the jacuzzi area as was nice to relax in at end of night. We were on the main road side so a bit noisy but just kept patio door closed.

Great rooms. Had a partial ocean view. Not expected, much appreciated. Great amenities as well. We will definitely go back as soon as we can.

Everything was great!

Very good

Clean room, breakfast was simple but good and convenient. Rooms were cool, and location was great

Very good

Nice hotel good location

It’s walkable to the restaurants. The room was comfortable. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was lackluster and housekeeping didn’t clean my room even though I requested service.

Superb
