The hotel itself was clean, and the room was nice overall. The only issue we experienced was the bathroom sink draining very slowly. Other than that, everything met expectations for a comfortable stay.

We have been staying at this property for many many years. The rooms are large with large bathrooms. It’s clean and staff are friendly and helpful. It’s a great location to restaurants, bars and shopping. Pool area was nice in prior visits with grandkids. However FYI: You NOW have to pay to park $17.00 plus tax, and breakfast buffet is now $10.00 per person. It’s not totally out of line compared to nearby hotels - just beware. Just know your base price does not include this. This all changed since we visited last several months ago.

This was an amazing hotel. This was our first time staying here, and we will be life long guest. Our son is in the army and stationed at Fort Riley, a quick 26 min drive from this hotel. Not to mention all the things to do around the hotel that you can walk to!! Try varsity Donuts for sure , and the restaurant in Bluemont hotel was awesome! There is so much to do. Even though the College campus is across street it was so peaceful and not much street noise at all. The staff at the hotel were all wonderful and attentive. The parking lot is spacious and safe yes you have to pay for it (17$) a night but the lower cost of the rooms makes up for that! We had a 2 bed Queen suite it was such a big room lots of space, so clean the carpet was new, clean feel. The TV’s were a little out dated and small so no smart tv. However you could bring an Amazon fire stick. The showers were a bit small and out dated but again CLEAN!! the beds were firm but comfortable the pillows were nice. The lighting was great and lots of outlets to plug in iPhones, electronics, etc. the sofa bed mattress was nice as well my 13 year old said it was the nicest sofa bed she’s ever slept on. The buffet breakfast is very good only 10$ a person nice to have the option to eat there or not! The stay was exceptional.

Breakfast and parking are no longer included. Great location.

Our room was clean and comfortable but we were disappointed that we now have to pay for parking and for breakfast. This was not the case the last time we stayed there. We were told it was because it's being bought out by the Hilton.

The bathroom had a dirty wash cloth on the floor the shower floor was very slippery. The shower curtain was draped over the toilet paper and was wet when I used it for the first time. The room size was very nice.I don’t think I would be staying there again. I came at midnight on the fourth and no one was at the front desk I rang the bell more than one time I called for someone serval time no response. I went to use the restroom and came back to another guest at the desk and finally got waited on.

Room needed a better set up. Quite noisy in the morning, kids jumping off the bed and running around at 6 am from the room directly above me. Forced to get up early, from noise.
-
It's in walking distance from multiple restaurants and shops.

We enjoy are stay at Bluemont when in Manhattan. Rooms are very good. I was surprised that we had to pay for parking.

I really wanted to like this hotel. The K-State historical items were great, and the hotel is next door to Aggieville. We had great service at the bar, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel is quiet. Housekeeping, maintenence, and the front desk could use refreshers on how to keep customers coming back. I shouldn't have to ask for basic services like emptying the trash or making the bed. I didn't appreciate emptying my own trash in a full service hotel, especially when the front desk hands me empty trash bags when I get back from visiting a family member in the hospital! It seemed pointless to mention the loose toilet seat, the rust in the shower, or the dirty socks from the previous guests. With a little attention to detail and focus on customer experience, this could be a great hotel, right now it's mediocre at best. We won't be back.

Great location, fun activities for our tweenage boys.

Clean room- easy check-in across the street fromKansas State University and Aggieville- good breakfast bar

Great place to state

When we arrived and was getting settled we found a mystery pill on the bed stand. That’s a little odd to us. We threw it away. Then we found out they are now charging for their breakfast buffet. Boo. Then another alarming thing Happened at 3 am people came into our room. Including the front desk . And when we checked out the front desk couldn’t find our name . I feel like staff and some amenities have went down a bit . Seeking manager support about the check in

I liked location, but my room totally stunk

Staff was great and so was the room. Hotel is next to campus and Aggieville which was very handy.

We arrived at 1 AM to check in and the staff at the front desk could not find my reservation so I showed her that I fully paid for my room. Apparently someone had checked in other people into my room and then there was no other rooms available. But luckily a person don’t didn’t show up so we end up getting a room. I would never come here again. The room was disgustingly dirty. The bedsheet had makeup stains on it. Everything about this place was horrible. Do not recommend. Do not go here but the lovely staff Jamie was amazing and very sweet. Whoever checked in someone else into my room needs to be re-educated because that is not OK especially when I prepaid and I put a message and it was confirmed that I would check in around 1 AM!!!

Rooms are huge! Allows dogs!
-
Cute little town to stop in and the hotel was just what we needed

Hotel room was dirty. Hotel is overpriced compared to the quality of the other hotels around. Paying almost $20 a day for parking and $10 for breakfast is absolutely ridiculous in Manhattan.
