Perfect location for a KState weekend.

Great location but that is it. There was used soap in the shower and grime on the shower walls. Cracked tile in the bathroom. Broken light in the bathroom and no exhaust fan. Huge room unnecessarily and tiny bathroom. The TVs are so tiny you can’t see them from the bed or the couch. TV remotes were sticky. Our room was above the bar so very loud. Parking is not included which is frustrating especially in a hotel that’s not downtown in a big city. The couch was nasty, covered in crumbs. Beds were uncomfortable. Have to pay for breakfast. The thermostat was locked so you couldn’t adjust the temperature or the fan which I like for white noise. Towels were dirty and towel hook was broken. Have stayed here before and will not be coming back.

We switched room 3 times - all the showers had moldy grout. Unacceptable and apparent the property is t being maintained. Will not stay there again

The hotel is nice. The rooms are big and quiet and the beds are comfortable. There is no longer a free breakfast or free parking. Parking costs about $20 per day. The staff was friendly. The hotel is very convenient if you are visiting K-state.

Have not stayed in 2 year. Now have to pay for parking and now have to pay for breakfast. First room a/c broken, lights in bathroom broken and door hanger broken. The second room phone did not work wires pulled out of wall and tv remote broken and refrigerator leaking water. The staff was great though. The rooms need to be upgraded.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. I travel for business and stay in at least 3 hotels a week, and the staff at this hotel are the best! The rooms are clean, quiet, the ac works great. The location is busy and can be noisy, but it shut down about 9:00pm and was quiet after that. I only wish I traveled to Manhattan more often.

Location. Clean hotel with comfortable beds. Parking spots are small and the Lott is cramped. The attached bar has expensive drinks.

I was surprised with the parking. $17 a night! Won't return. I'm done!

Checkin was easy. Conveniently located near campus, restaurants, and nightlife.
