The coffee maker in the room did not work.
-
After moving twice to find a room with working refrigerator and A/C, they put us in a room where everything worked.
-
Very disappointed and will not return. I expect my parking to be included

Overall, a good experience. One main issue that isn’t advertised is parking - no free parking for anyone who stays there, which is a more recent change apparently. It’s an extra 20 dollars to park… it seems like a hidden fee they don’t share with you until after you reserved the room.

All the experience was really good!! Recommend this hotel

Facility charges for parking, which I thought was offside given the price point.

Firstly, they charge $17/night for parking. That wasn’t in their description and was an unpleasant surprise. The room was worn, rust by the shower, and the in room coffee maker had mold in it. I called and left a message for the manager and there was no response. The hotel is in a great location, but we won’t be back. There are other options.

Check in was easy and front desk staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and very clean. Perfect choice

Bar is under new management and did not have all the ingredients or had expired ingredients for making drinks. So I was not able to get the drink I ordered nor the back up drink I ordered. Pool was down for maintenance for part of our stay. Which was disappointing to daughters.

Room was exceptionally large. We enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and staff were very nice

Hotel needs a refresh.

The pool was not open for our entire stay. The front desk attendant when we arrived was quite rude.

A clean and well maintained room. Greeted quickly upon arrival.

We of course had to use the stairs and when we got to the lobby, the person at the desk "M", looked like a deer in headlights and was actually giggling. After we got the all clear, the FD could not reset the elevators and the associate at the desk was clueless. I get that things happen, but what I don't get is the attitude of the staff. AND, there was NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience or any effort to even acknowledge the issue. I think there should have at the VERY LEAST an apology and in my opinion, a free breakfast for those affected should have been offered, something, but to treat it as a joke is incomprehensible to me.

We loved our quick stay after a wedding! We booked the executive suite and it was surprisingly affordable and a huge space right in the heart of Aggieville.
-
It was close to the campus and close to a bill and not that far from downtown. Great location, great hotel, very classy and elegant.
-
Breakfast wasn’t really worth $10.

The other annoying point is their additional charges. This property is located next to Kansas State University. There is no street parking near the hotel. The hotel charges $18.50 per night for parking. This is ridiculous. I have no idea where they expect their customers to park, but charging and additional for a service which is normally included with other hotels seems excessive. Also, the sign is posted $17.00 per night, but I was charged $18.50. This will be our last time staying at this property. The only positive was the front desk staff. She was extremely helpful and worked to accommodate our needs.
