Patio was nice. Location was not bad. It was supposed to be pet friendly. How can that be if there is no grass for our dog to go to the bathroom. Parking garage was very small.

Clean, comfortable and peace-of-mind stay. I forgot my toothpaste and was able to get a complimentary stash from the front desk.

Great location, easy parking, rooms were fresh and clean. We could easily walk down to Aggieville or to campus. The outdoor rooftop patio area was perfect for summertime evenings and fall football games.

Being within close range to bars/restaurants. Paying 20 to park, but for a college town I get it. It would have been nice for the hotel to waive the fee.

The location is great. Staff is friendly. Bed is very comfortable. The sheets had some black marks on them. When we checked in they put us in the wrong room, but they made it right by adding extra points to our rewards membership account.

The area, the lobby, bathroom and room was clean and spacious! The woman at the desk during check out (dark and pink/red hair) was not very helpful or knowledgeable about amenities or check out.

Loved the location and how close it was to Aggieville and the campus.

Had to request toilet paper and Kleenex multiple times; room not ready at promised checkin.

Hotel was nice but iron was broken, fortunately front desk staff helped, and sink had hair like someone had shaved and sink wasn’t cleaned.

Room was nice, hotel was clean and cozy. We wanted to try to stay another night but had a really hard time trying to book a night so we ultimately left :/

Location was great Showers are cold and rooms feel small, same sticker was on the floor in the hallway for two days even with maids in the hallway

didn't eat the breakfast because it was provided at the KTEC conference. I will say that at $249 for the night, asking extra for breakfast at mid-level hotel isn't the greatest look.

hand soap by sink was opened and sticky. Room had a smell, maybe a dog had been there before our stay. Stains on the shower.
