I like the location. It was close to KSU, as we were there to move our daughter into the dorms. i also like that it had parking garage, however it seemed pretty limited. i had asked for a room with a walk-in shower and was happy that we were accommodated. We had prepaid for breakfast but then were charged for breakfast. I had to call to get the charges removed, which they did for us. The door to our rooms did not close properly and we had to shove them to both open and close. We had a king bed and the mattress was not comfortable.

Location was excellent. Walking distance to all points of interest. Courteous staff was a bonus too. Parking deck filled up and we had to locate our own parking down the street. The front desk removed the parking charge from our account.

Location They charged me again fee after checking out for a one night stay. We left everything tidy, but obviously showing that the sheets need to be changed. Also no breakfast.

Located in downtown Aggieville, which we didn't realize until arriving. Lots of street noise, especially late night from cars. Arrived in a pouring rain and no cover to get in building until after check-in.

Everything was amazing, it was close to everything I needed! Bar was exceptional. Staff was great wasy smooth check in and check out ! Everything think was perfect, definitely recommend staying
