Nice reasonably priced hotel. Front desk staff was efficient, but unable to suggest restaurants. Room was large, quiet, furnishings good, but nothing spectacular. Towels were thin and rough. Breakfast was standard stuff. Beautiful city park across the street.

Beds were comfortable. There was a hole behind the bathroom door made by the towel hook and some paint missing on the floor board. Minor fixes that were alerted to the staff at check in. Breakfast was ok overall. Waffle was great! Please have staff come through and wipe off tables, countertops and refresh food every so often during breakfast.

Had a great price and no issues with my lil dogs staying. Room was clean and the bed was great.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. My room had a dirty shower curtain and they moved me rooms.

The hotel was nice and clean the breakfast was awful! Breakfast was cold, waffle mix was empty, was just awful

The bed was comfortable and plenty of comfortable pillows There was evidence of water leaks in the bathroom and I saw a bug go under the desk lamp. The coffee maker was in front of the tv

Clean and friendly staff Shower did not work. We vacationed with family and had to use their shower in the room across from ours

Breakfast was a poor affair. Coffee was cold and ran out quickly

Location is great, as it overlooks a park. Unfortunately, there are smokers who are able to gain access to lobby and front entrance areas. Build up of cigarette butts is excessive.

The hotel charged me for incidentals that I never used. I demand a refund. This is unacceptable.

The area had a lot of parking, and quite a few restaurants about a 2 minute walk from the entrance which was nice. Checking in and getting to my room was fast, and for a quick trip like that, that’s really all I care about.

SUPER friendly staff! They were all super helpful and amazing. Room was very clean. Shower was barely luke warm. My second day I asked for an extra blanket, which they brought, but then they didn't service the room? No fresh towels, etc.

Room was clean and decent size. I would suggest that some of the desk help consider wearing more professional clothing; makes for better optics when registering or needing assistance
