Parkwood Inn & Suites

The hotel staff is very nice and helpful. Clean reasonably priced hotel a couple things I would improve on is soap, dispensers, and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms instead of small pieces of soap. Also, the breakfast needs work improve bread, selection, and suggest fruit at least bananas, overall a good place to stay.

Mattresses are getting to the point where they need to be replaced.

Great Hotel especially for the price. That’s the 4th time I have been there. Never had a bad experience.

Variety of foods for breakfast. Reasonable price. Very clean.

Beds really sink in a lot in areas, although many reviews say the have new beds. Breakfast was pretty weak with fried eggs and sausage every day, no oatmeal, weak cold coffee

Clean room. Friendly staff. Air conditioning only worked on high setting. Parking was excellent.

Not in the best location for getting on and off the highway. Is has a beautiful breakfast area and a beautiful park nearby.

The elevator floor was sticky from something that had been spilled on it but not cleaned up. We’ve stayed here multiple times & will again, it’s a good place overall & always reasonable rates.

This was a great place to stay. The room was clean and everything seemed well maintained. The front desk desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. His positive attitude was refreshing.

But other than that it was an amazing hotel.

Nice place for the $$. Some dents and dings here and there but clean and well presented. Not many breakfast options would be the only complaint.

Shower water pressure could be stronger. Towels and wash clothes were very thin and rough.

Room was clean, quiet, air conditioned and staff was accommodating. Room had some condition issues, room phone not working, towels were thin and dingy and breakfast was not great. They could add fruit for an upgrade. I went to the desk to find out why our room was not serviced(couldn’t call bc phone not working) only to see the sign that says rooms are serviced M/W/F. That’s probably standard but I think that should have been verbalized at check-in. Nice location though. If we stay here again I will bring my own peanut butter and fruit.

Staff was great very nice and welcoming property and room were very clean air conditioner worked really good 24/7 snacks and coffee were a big plus

No pool the crib they gave was very disgusting wouldn’t put a dog in it nor would I ever stay again
