The room was in very good condition. It looks as though it had been redone. However, parts not replaced showed wear. Rust on towel holder, drawers and doors on cabinet did not close. The outside looked dated too with chipping paint and rust on metal. Overall, however, it was a nice hotel.

Walking distance to a lot of places, including a laundromat since the washer was out of service. Washer and ice machine on our floor out of service. No freezer and the refrigerator was warm and took a long time to cool off.

Our room smelt like mold and we had to almost go to another holidayinn as they were refusing to switch our rooms.

Very comfortable and great location No lights in the pool area at 9 pm but then came on at 11:30 pm. And breakfast was not included but you didn’t find out until after you ate.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the pillows being easily identifiable as firm and soft. The pool is salt water and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Proximity to K-State is amazingly close and parking was nice.

Front desk staff was fantastic. Greeted promptly and when I needed help with the tv someone was up to room within minutes. Will be back!

Our stay was the weekend of K-State's Saint Patty's drunk fest where the students walked day and night all over the streets in our area drunk and indecent. I saw 2 men urinating in our hotel parking lot and young females dancing and moving in vulgar ways in the bed of a pickup truck parked in our hotel parking lot just below our windows. At 2 o'clock that morning there was a drunkened female twisting our door knob trying to get into our room and calling out to be let in. My husband hollared back to her that she had the wrong room and she left. Needless to say our sleep was not very satisfying, we were up early and ready to get out of the area.

I love the location to campus. Check in was a breeze and everything was clean and fresh. It was quiet and a very good stay.
