We enjoyed or stay as we have in the past.

Due to the cleanliness of our room, we passed on the breakfast because we felt the eating area was dirty also. We went out for dinner and when we came back the police were in the building. We were wondering if we were safe to be there. We asked the staff if we’d b safe staying there and he told us he doesn’t know what’s going on down by the room.

The breakfast was limited. No fruit or meat or eggs or any kind. Only cereal bread bagels & waffles. Very disappointing.. as our room was very expensive. We will not stay at this place again. Too much to say. ..but the room wasn't clean. Food crumbs in many areas, also mold on ceiling in shower ...TV kept cutting out on cable signal. Couldn't even watch a whole movie... all very upsetting.

No frills Mankato motel. Cleaner than other low budget motels in Mankato. Good breakfast options. Cheerful staff.

nothing The customer service. The employees were extremely rude and wanted to charge me double for the room when I had already paid online. They kept lying saying they were only going to charge my card $50 for the deposit but kept trying to charge it for $150 when the $100 for the room had already been took out of my bank. They were not helpful at all and got angry due to me not wanting to pay another $100. I will never go back to a Microtel again, which is sad because I went to one in Omaha and had a great experience.

Even with the good price per night, I won't ever stay here again. That's all I will say. Draw your own conclusions.

I said to the hotel manager, "Well, just simply adjust the stay to today and it will be fine." The manager said, "I can't" and he wouldn't. He said, "That money is gone." What seemed to me to be a simple gesture of goodwill was not in his mind. So I walked out and stayed elsewhere. This to me was an unacceptable. I will never go to another one of these.

Cost and comfort The door hinges needed to be tightened. Both the bathroom and entrance. The base if the toilet had urine on it.

They do not know what the Engine App is. Difficult to communicate with language barrier. Room was nice. Doors didn't close properly but locked. Decent place to stay for the price. Breakfast is lacking.
