Staff were very nice and rooms are clean. The location is good also.

They do not know what the Engine App is. Difficult to communicate with language barrier. Room was nice. Doors didn't close properly but locked. Decent place to stay for the price. Breakfast is lacking.

Bed was comfortable Staff does not pay attention to anything. Room was dirty, room presentation is an afterthought, booking.com will say you pay nothing on arrival then the hotel charges you more money anyways.

I understand it was a cheaper hotel room, but having stains on the couch, chair, pillow, shower curtain seems a bit unacceptable. I feel like with a hotel, cleanliness should be one of the top priorities.

Two of our rooms had bed bugs. We have photos and videos of the parasites & their larvae upon checking into the room. That is beyond disgusting. No wonder the rates are so cheap. Not worth it! Do not waste your money.

I was double charged for my room. I paid through you and when I checked in the charge me again for the room. So in short I paid for 2 nights but got only one. Very pissed off

No pool it was terrible. If you had a problem and talked to them it was never soon enough for them to do anything. Never again nor recommended at all!!
