Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, breakfast was terrible.

Cons: We had asked for 3 nights, but wanted to cancel the last night. Staff said it was too late to do that, so we stayed the extra night. The problem was, they didn’t do maid service, or give us clean towels, and they shut off our key card so it wouldn’t work. So we asked to get out of the last night and they wouldn’t let us, but then they treated us like we had left. And they stated the checkout rooms were their priority, not the stay overs. We’ll probably not stay there again for that reason alone.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and accommodating. Only inconveniences we had were having to get the keys reset a few times and the toilet ran. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Had everything we needed.

The room was excellent and had everything you would expect and the shower was perfect. The bed was a solid 6.5/10 does the job but definitly not the greatest ever. Now my biggest negative is everyone was bragging about the breakfast in the other reviews. I will however say although it has a decent option of eggs, sausage and waffle makers along with yogurt, fruit and drink options it is not amazing. The eggs look like they are swimming in a pool of water and do not taste amazing going down. The sausages also look like they have been sitting boiling in a pool of water to keep them warm and its off putting. Both tasted good one day but tasted off the next. The drink options are plentiful though and the waffle maker is perfect so id give breakfast a 5/10 at best. Would maybe stay again

Wouldn’t honor my booking .com reservation as I had all the confirmation documents… also paid for room and had to rebook elsewhere after driving 4 hours to get the all hotels were Booked in location I made reservations a week in advance … never again will I book with this property

Breakfast was delicious. Our toilet handle was a little off in that we had to hold it for a minute for it to flush completely. Carpet was clean
