The AC was not working in the main hotel. After no cooling AC in my room, the staff did move my room. This hotel is very dated and not the cleanest. I was very disappointed in paying too much for what was provided in this establishment and definitely will not stay here again.

A great location with a daily hot breakfast. The pool hours were generous. And a warm cookie in the mid afternoon was a welcomed touch.

Property is dated but okay. Hotel room didn't have hand soap in the bathroom and the body wash was empty.

We were out right next to the convention center and there was wedding with loud music till midnight we had to get up early for a softball tournament when I called the front desk and asked when the music would stop. He was like what music? Umm the wedding dj. Why wouldn’t they put someone from the wedding party in that room! The place is super dated and needs to be remodeled!

A little expensive and pool area was pretty small, otherwise it was well maintained and staff was friendly!

The rooms are far to be soundproof. People on the 3rd floor above our room (203) started to wake up and walked at 5:10am. The hot tub was not working on June 17 after 7pm and also on the 18, despite being informed it would be ready by 8am on the 18th. I would also recommend to change all the carpeting, it must be at least 20 years old. The only good news was the breakfast. The lady was very nice & the food was good. Thanks to the breakfast I did not rate our stay terrible but poor. Radisson Hotel Management should not affiliate their name with this type of location. For our first trip to Mankato, this place was a huge disappointment.
