Very comfortable, accommodating and affordable!

Our stay was wonderful. I have only one complaint...the pillows were terrible! One pillow was too flat. Two pillows was to high. There was not a just right option. If it weren't for the pillows, I would have given an excellent rating across the board. Everything besides the pillows were wonderful!

Overall clean hotel but dated, water damage in bathroom. Telephone didn’t work.

Breakfast was ok.

Flooring dated in the room, but very clean and the free cookies, hot tea, coffee, fruit and hot chocolate is always a nice gesture. Didn't eat breakfast but the eating area was packed with hotel guest taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast. Great stay for the price point . Would stay here again.

When I asked them the following night, they said someone was drunk and trying to get in my room, BUT THEY HAD A KEY! AND I HAD 2 PHONES THAT COULD HAVE BEEN USED INSTEAD OF BANGING ON MY DOOR. I was in town for my mother's funeral and was exhausted. I talked to the regional manager the 3rd morning when I checked out and he said he was going to refund one night, but that didn't happen.
