Very clean room and plenty of towels. Clean bathroom. The front desk staff were attentive and approachable. The kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. Remember to tip your housekeeper.

Words cannot express how thankful we feel towards this establishment. Our room was just like it was pictured. The staff went beyond expectations when it came to friends and family being there for long hours. If I ever come back to Mankato I know the place to stay. Thank you to the Mankto branch for your kindness, support during the difficult time of the week. And for just going above and beyond.

I did not like having to pay you - booking.com twice because I made a mistake on weekends so no the room was not worth the $600 even if it was a very nice place and had anything to do with the site but with booking.com. I canceled booked and even the one night refund was not given. I will never use booking. Com again nor have anything good to say to anyone about your app

Rooms were spacious and extremely quiet. Every staff member we interacted with was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and really quite nice. Parking was great, and the location of the hotel was ideal. If I had one quibble, it would have been nice to have a printed guide of the TV channels. The on-screen guide and way to access the channels was a little confusing and difficult to navigate. But, we eventually figured things out and it wasn't that big of a deal!
