They should have quiet hours posted also, especially if there are large parties who decide to play loud music outside on the patio at 11pm.

Es demasiado costoso la noche, mala limpieza, problemas de ruido con las neveras y el aire no funcionaba me cambiaron 1 vez de habitación y fue lo mismo. Pedí abanico y solo tenían 3 para todo el hotel y ya habían dado a otros huéspedes. Fatal, no tiene ni desayuno, no dan ni agua de cortesía. El Netflix lo tiene bloqueado. No lo recomiendo

I didn’t like the hairs on the bathroom floor. I didn’t like getting charged twice for the room. The front desk person who answered when I called to ask about the double charge was very rude.

Suite comes stocked with plates, utensils, pot and pan. We like how they had dish soap and a scrubber too. Pretty much the basic stuff you need to cook and clean up after. The grill outside came in handy and next door is a gas station and Mexican restaurant. Very convenient location.

Rooms were clean. Exercise facility seemed a bit small so we didn't use it. Lots of things to buy from the "cupboard" right in the lobby. Pool was decent for doing a few quick laps. Just wish they would offer a continental breakfast so we didn't have to grab something on the go.

The room we were in smelled. I opened up a cabinet and it probably was from the cabinets being new but it really overtook the whole room.

Room was clean and very comfortable. Hotel has a mini kitchen in each room which is nice for extended stays. No breakfast offered or food services. Looking forward to my next visit in October.

Yes, except maybe not as super knowledgeable since I was charged for the night that I paid on hotels.com as well. So i've been double charged.I reached out to them for a refund and they refunded, and then took the payment again.And I haven't heard since, but it's been well over a month and I can't seem to get this refund processed.
