Comfy bed. Missing decaf coffee Weird smell in hallways

Staff was nice Room was sooooo dirty! My feet stuck to the floor so I mopped it, hand prints all over doors, handles, fridge etc. paid for a suite but there was NO WHERE TO SIT! Living room had no furniture and they didn’t have one to give me for the 3 days I was there. Mngt/owners were not present nor knew this was an issue when I checked in. I waited almost two hours to get into my room due to this.

The staff was very accommodating with respect to my Medical condition and need for 02. They helped carry my luggage and concentrator in, and kindly put me in a first floor room and near the door. I appreciated this much! Nice comfy room.

The price was good. The room had an odor. Some of the TV's did not work. The beds were not comfortable.

Staff was kind and did their best to help. In general seemed understaffed and not allowed the budget to fix things correctly.

We had some issues checking in- given the wrong room type but the staff was very quick to make it right. Staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay

The lady at the front desk was so kind. The hotel is in terrible condition though. All three of our group’s rooms had to be changed to a different floor due to stains, terrible smoky smell, and a broken door. Our new room after the switch smelled like someone just cooked food. Would never stay there again.

The woman at the front desk was great. Ensuring else. The door didn't lock and they didn't know how to fix it. We put a chair under the handle. It stunk. Their was no pool, their was no couch in our "deluxe queen suite". The beds were like trampolines. Their was no phone so we had to keep going to the lobby with every problem and there were many. We asked for a refund of one night for all the issues and the manager didn't even respond to the desk clerk.

Staff

The staff was very nice. We had a room on the first floor which was dirty with mouse droppings in the kitchen draws. The keys didn’t lock the door so we were moved to another room where the tv didnt work, graffiti on the bathroom door, the toilet didn’t flush correctly . We will never go there again. Very run down appearance.

Breakfast was extremely minimal. Basic OJ, coffee, milk. Cereal, bread, and bagels that was about it. No hot foods of any type luckily there’s a Kwik trip down the street.

Nothing - this felt so icky - breakfast food expired/moldy and scarce. The property smelled bad - and the attempt to cover with candles and freshener made it grosser. Staff were not available at expected times and then reported housekeeping quit that morning - couldn’t tell because the rooms were not clean, hair and soap scrub and a general film on everything. Beds were very uncomfortable like the springs and frame were going to break. I feel emmense guilt having my family stay there.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good.

There was no pool or exercise room like was stated on the site. Breakfast was pretty much gone when I got down there. The staff stood out by the front door smoking.
