Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Dallas Mansfield

I am a Marriott Rewards member everywhere I go I use Marriott properties. This had to be the worst experience for me. Upon my arrival I was barely greeted. That started off weird to me. Then we get our room an it has a smell that wasn’t pleasant. But traveling all day I was really tired. The ice area was dirty and molded. The pool area was not clean either. My experience wasn’t what I am used to for Marriott. I wish I could upload pictures. Upon my check out the manager was helpful I told her about my experience she wanted to do something for my inconvenience but I told her no it wasn’t about giving me anything. It was about making her aware of the experience.

Great room. Great city. The staff were wonderful. You should really consider this hotel.

Terrible place. Smelled and had stains on the hallway walls. When I used the faucet in the bathroom sink, the handle came completely off.

The free breakfast was good and had alot of choices. They kept the hot water filled day and night.

Very clean and conveniently located. The pool area had some debris that needed to be cleaned up.

The rest of the staff was AMAZING!! She was the one bad apple!!

We stayed her for a week and was a comfortable stay, breakfast was great and staff was very helpful.

Staff was very helpful as we arrived late with a new baby and were exhausted.

Paper thin windows. Felt like I was sleeping in the highway outside.

There should not be visible alarm and questions of nefarious origin when a client wants to settle their bill with cash! That is unacceptable. Granted most of us travel on cards, but if we want to pay cash, that does not indicate there is a criminal in front of you.

The room was ice cold, but the humidity was bad. It was uncomfortable in bed, the sheets felt damp.

Noisy with traffic going by on freeway, room was very cold, but also felt damp and humid inside our room. Room was very small. But very clean
