Clean room

Front desk staff member was loudly watching a show on her phone and didn’t even realize I was standing in front of her for a good 30 seconds waiting to check in. Charged me for the incidentals fee, handed me my room keys, told me the room number and that was it. Didn’t go over any additional details as far as breakfast hours, WiFi info, or that their pool was closed due to renovations. We discovered that the pool was closed after getting down there and seeing the sign after keying into it. Thankfully we booked thru Expedia and received some credit back since the pool was a main reason we booked there for evening use because I doubt the staff would’ve been any sort of accommodating. Breakfast was decent, minus the staff member who was in charge of it. Extremely unfriendly and stared everyone down that was putting food on their plate as he waited to replenish the food. Hotel was clean and decent. Would not stay there again due to staff.

The new management is obvious as last year we didn't have the same issues. There was no a/c on throughout the building during the day. Our room's a/c was turned up high and it took awhile to turn it down.

When I checked in the desk clerk held my license and stared at me..I asked what? He said just noticing how Beautiful I was! He asked if my husband was with me?when I said No he said I must be brave traveling alone. He asked how old I was and then said " so you are all alone?" I told him No. Im visiting my daughter that works for the Mansfield Police Department. Then asked him if I was going to be safe here? He said YES, because I met the right person. Felt like I was being targeted for kidnapping 😞 I was paranoid the entire night. Put furniture in front of door, double locked And had husband on speaker while I took a shower I even turned air conditioner off because it was noisy and I wanted to be able to hear if someone tried to get in my room. I had a very unreastful night

The location close to family There was a stale smell in the room and the pillows were horrible .

Staff was nice. Breakfaat was okay. Eggs were a little dry.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, great free morning breakfast (chef) was very friendly and accommodating. Air conditioning very good.

Very pleasant stay!

No hot tub as pictured and the hallways were very hot no A/C or it wasn’t running. The elevator seemed suspect as well so I took the stairs.

There was a smell I couldn’t place in the room

The room smelled like there was a pet in it before me. Maybe the carpet needs to be cleaned. The food was very good and I was pleased with the staff.

The room had an ordor that smell like water.
