Our room doesn't smell like clean, room was not how it was described, beds makes lots of noise and bathroom's door not closing properly.

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained, the atmosphere is family-friendly, and the staff (especially Francesca) is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast area could be a bit crowded during busy times but the selection is good.

We stayed here by chance and was only going to be overnight. Extended our stay. We decided to go to the pool our last night but it was crowded when we got there so we left. The front desk called us at 9:30 to come back when it was less crowded! WOW

All of the washing machines were broken except for one.

Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was also pretty decent. we booked 3 rooms but unfortunately they weren’t able to give it in same floor, 2 rooms were really good one room had an unpleasant smell, we complained about the smell they did some room cleaning but that smell didn’t go away completely. However it was a pleasant stay .

The downfall was the breakfast which was not very good. A lot of it was fried/breaded food. The oatmeal was not very warm and they didn't have yogurt with any variety of berries which I prefer. The only thing that was decent was the waffles. Too bad because the hotel is nice. They definitely need to do something with that breakfast and I am not a picky eater!

Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and clean. Location was perfect for our needs. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
