Good hotel

Check-in service was horrible. Took a very, very long time just to check in the one person ahead of us. By that time there were people waiting to check in out the door. The girls seem nice, but didn’t seem to have any clue what she was doing. Breakfast was inedible and we never once saw anyone checking it or seeing if anything was needed. I was in a wheelchair and forced to bust a table all on my own because all the tables that weren’t being used by other people were filled with garbage and the entire time that my husband and I sat there no one ever came to take the garbage away.

Facilities were very clean and well stack it has every little detail to make you feel at home, like coffee, tea, bathroom toilet stuff, microwave and a very comfortable couch. It was to noisy. We slept late the night before and I wanted to sleep in but a could hear constant noise coming from the upper floor. started since 5 , 6 am . I believe my room was probably located just below the entrance, the lobby or the kitchen. The noise just sounded like rolling luggage, walking steps, talking, dragging furniture like chairs of tables. Not enjoyable at all. I feel like I should have been informed or warned about it.

Clean great staff but room shower door hard to open and no light at sink not worth the price.

Location was good , breakfast was good Very dated and dingy looking hallways and rooms. Bed was clean but carpets , bathroom fixtures and overall just so old and dingy. Would not stay there again

Stayed in the accessible room with roll in shower. The wall bar was broken and not stable which created serious safety issues and couldn’t use the bathroom part of my stay. Consider it unacceptable.

I didn't like the room on the first floor because you could hear all the noise from the hallway and from the upstairs room. The bed pillows were so flat and uncomfortable, the water in the tub didn't flow well and there was mold on the tiles. The egg at breakfast was bland.

Sophie at the front desk was very responsive and helpful. I wish there was a screen door on the window but over all it was a nice stay

Nothing Hotel ran my card instead of using it to hold the room. Hotel was not pet friendly like Booking.com advertised. Hotel has not refunded my money.
