Hampton Inn & Suites Marina

The breakfast was the only positive thing about our stay. Having to leave the room key in a slot to keep power on in the room. The carpet in the room was dirty. it turned the bottom of my feet black. Only one chair in the room, even Motel 6 has two. Also requested a ground floor, got the forth, yet an e-mail I got said they could accommodate my wishes.

Clean room, pet friendly... air conditioning or heater. Room was nice and clean staff was super helpful.

Breakfast was amazing & location was amazing Only i can said wish the room are bigger but that only negativity I have everything else was great.

The location, cleanliness and spacious rooms where great The breakfast was horrible. People brought their own milk and butter for example and shares it with other guests while others went to eat out. Its a shame because other than that the hotel is excellent.

Room was fine. Dogs everywhere. Some barking in the rooms. Some sitting at tables during breakfast. Did not expect that or would have chosen a different hotel. Will not be back was asked if we wanted to upgrade to 4th floor. Said yes but when we arrived they said it wasn’t available.

We liked the pool and grill. The breakfasts were great and having maids come every other day was great. I like the beer on tap. There was little staff during busy hours like dinner and checkin. It took about 30-45 minutes to get the grill lite at dinner time and to keep it running. We ran out of pool towels and the room has a humming sound coming from some electronics in the room that made it hard to sleep.

The staff was friendly, but I didn’t like that the dispensers were empty and no room service was provided, when we came back to our room nothing was cleaned and they had not filled out the dispensary the fire sprinkler in the room was sticking out from the ceiling and I should a picture to reception.

We loved staying here with our grandchildren and two small great grandkids.The hotel staff was extremely helpful in assigning room directly across the hall from each other. Breakfast was good. We did Whale watching the last day and they allowed us to keep one car in the parking lot ( so we could take only one vehicle) until our boat trip was over. I think they very accommodating! Very family friendly!! we will stay here again.

The indoor pool was heated. My daughter loved it so much that we didn't want to leave! And complimentary breakfast as a plus.
