This was the worst experience ever. What a complete joke this place was We looked longingly across the street at the sanctuary hotel. But that rents for $800 a night.
-
I booked a room here for 2 nights for my daughter and she couldn’t stay there it was so dirty. I’m still trying to get my money back.
-
While I'm in town I always stay here. The price $$ is great and the imenaties are great especially FREE breakfast every day. It's amazingly close to the water on the beach. The staff was very helpful and very professional. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean stay

The room is poorly maintained. Bed sheets are dirty. Molds in the shower room. Paints are poorly maintained. Bad advertising. It was not a beachfront property. Expensive. Hotels.com needs to remove this from your listing. I'm not sure how you check on your listings. This hotel is terrible.

Staff was nice and helpful.

The room we received was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in! Bottom sheet had stains on it, we only had one set of towels, one lamp out of three worked, floors were unswept and dirty, the shower had other people’s hair still in it, no hangers in the closet, no chairs in the room at all. I could go on and on. If it weren’t for the holiday weekend, we would have demanded our $ back and gone somewhere else! And we were price gauged because of the holiday, $100 more than what it should have been. This place should NOT be on Expedia!

I never like leaving negative reviews, but this place was probably the worst place. I’ve stayed in in a long time. The area around it with the dunes and the beach is beautiful, but the place is not well kept it was very dirty. Old beds were super hard. Nothing worked lights refrigerator. It seems like this place has so much potential but no one cares, including the staff.

Not my favorite!
-
nice area and view weather was great and hotel was quiet
-
We didn’t have a toilet paper holder, half the lights in the room didn’t work, and we didn’t have any towels we had to call every time we needed towels.
-
Room was terrible, checked in later in evening, showered and nothing worked.tv lights no hangers had to change rooms two flights down stairs in the middle of the night
-
Room was pathetic. It was too small like a match box . Room phone was not working. Breakfast was just ok ( Juice vending machine was not working there ). Cockroachies were roaming around the bathroom. Worst expirennce ever had to stay in this property. Don't book your stay here.
-
Cockroaches and small spiders all over the room. Dirty. Dirty bathrooms with hair on it. Sheets stained. Walls so thin

Nice location. seems the hotel might have been updated not too long ago. However it appears to be on a very tight budget and bit of a decline. Staff was hard to find. Beds were nice. Windows needed cleaning inside and out. The inside windows were so bad I had to clean them myself just to see out. Breakfast was on a tighter budget, we skipped it on the 2nd and 3rd mornings There are four charging spaces for electric vehicles, two were out of order and a third was taken up by a gray gas powered jeep. that didn't move during our 3 day stay.

The complementary breakfast was the highlight of our stay each morning. The parking was easy and free, and the property was walking distance to a beach. Our door looked smashed in where you put the keycard and the deadbolt did not work. The AC unit did not work in our room. Overall, the room served its purpose during our stay.
-
Worst hotel i not recommended there is nothing good for breakfast poor hotel and expensive for that service
-
Room was decent, covers had stains, only have a hot tub that was dirty & cold, towels weren’t clean

Check in was a breeze staff was friendly. Room grounds and breakfast was well questionable. Room was small and had a strange order . Had to leave the door open for a while and go buy a candle and spray. Had to request towels and washcloths . Base of the bed was metal and rusted shower rod rusted besides that bed was comfortable shower was fine. Toilet made a lot of noises but worked . Had to notify management that there was a used condom in the hallway and my friend was staying there also with young girls . Breakfast was basic and limited but they did have waffles and hot options just not very tasty . Juice machine was broke. No bucket for ice rooms had coffee maker but no coffee and I got the only room with no microwave. The clerk said he would bring one but forgot. The positives now the sauna was warm so the kids enjoyed . Mattress was comfortable. Close to the beach and the price was decent . Would I stay again not sure I would look at other options in the same price range but I wouldn’t totally rule it out . Not sure the wife would agree though
