Location! The shower floor was real slick in fact I fell in the shower! I hit on my hip very hard and was almost knocked out when my head hit! Didn’t enjoy it at all!

Specifically asked the desk for the room to be made up on a two night stay. It was not. I then asked for at least clean towels. I was told I have to come and get them. No apologies, just poor attitude from attending staff. I have stayed here numerous times over the last two years, but probably not again!
