Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Marion Northeast by IHG

Great experience. Pool was well kept and perfect for families traveling with kids. We stopped for one night and it was a great experience. Staff was friendly. Would highly recommend.

would have been nice to have more comfortable chairs in the room. one chair and a desk chair is not very good

The building was under construction but they are managing it well! Our room was so nice and new and the beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean! The breakfast was very good and the staff, Including the breakfast staff, were so friendly! Once the construction is finished it will be great!

The room wasn't cheap, but the hotel was partly under construction, which made everything look a bit shabby. I paid for the clean comfort I normally get from Holiday Inn Express, and was disappointed.

Location and option to allow our furybaby to stay. Much appreciated for opening breakfast a little early too so we could get on the road early. Extra charge for our doodle to stay. Slightly higher than I'd like to have paid overall.

Looks are deceiving. The hotel is very nice and updated so we liked our room at first. Then after being there an hour quickly wished we had stayed somewhere else. It is the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at. The walls and floors must be very thin. We could hear walking everywhere….hallway, above us, etc. If we weren’t hearing noise in the hotel we could hear all the cars on the street. We couldn’t sleep so finally called the front desk to ask if the gym was above us because of all the noise above. The front desk person was very apologetic and helpful so we appreciated that. We travel through Marion at least a couple of times a year. We will go back to the Drury.

The hotel was under construction, breakfast had limited items, pan cake machine didn’t work. I usually do not do reviews but this is the first time I have to deal with such unprofessional management. I went to the front desk atleast 4 times. Complained about the experience all the time but no correction was made.

Convenient location, and pet friendly. Great stop over for our trip through town. Clean room, full continental breakfast, good drip coffee. Staff was friendly.

Property under construction but was quiet. Order when first walking in but not overpowering. Once everything complete, the hotel will be really nice. Didn't have breakfast because i had to leave.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well appointed with beautiful and comfortable rooms. The staff is helpful and delightful. The breakfast is exceptional! We liked everything!

It was currently under renovation but the stay went well. The staff was nice. The only slight issue was the fridge wasn’t on and was leaking upon our arrival
