The staff was really nice. The bed and the room could have been a little cleaner for my liking. The parking was very hit or miss on if you would have a spot when you got back from somewhere. The air conditioner worked great.

The photos online were not indicative of the actual property. Upon check in the front desk staff informed us that there would be an additional $150 "card hold for incidentals" that would drop off in approximately 5-7 days. I have never experienced this. But I was like "fine whatever" The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, air conditioner was functional and adequate. We had a king room, there were four very small pillows (below standard size) I requested additional pillows and was told no, as they had no extras available. Later the host brought me one additional even smaller pillow. We went to grab snacks after being on the road and were informed that the vending machines were not working. They presented us with a few limited snack options available for purchase. We went to the Pilot across the parking lot. After our event that evening I went to the front desk to ask if they had any sodas without caffeine available. I purchased two cans of Sprite for $3.00. In the morning I went to the complimentary breakfast, and it was atrocious. Some type of gravy in a crock pot, biscuits that were as hard as hockey pucks that appeared to have been precooked and frozen, juice in pitchers in the refrigerator, frozen butter. I made a waffle which was not bad and helped the other patrons in the area to make them too. The staff was kind and friendly. The hotel did not feel unsafe. To leave the lobby you must go up or down stairs, there did not appear to be an elevator.

I didn’t get to stay. They charged my card but I was not able to stay and they canceled my reservation. I do not recommend this place at all For them not to charge me then cancel my reservation. Also for them to speak better English. I could not understand them.

It was a short distance from the event we went to No elevator no coffee pot in the room the room was really outdated

Surprised that the cleanest part was the bathroom

The service was really good. Room was nice and clean and the breakfast was good for what it was on a Monday morning. Basically it was just waffles, biscuits, gravy, and cereal. Nice hotel. Would stay again.

No hair-dryer No shampoo No coffee maker So basically I paid for only a bed

In my opinion, this facility is definitely one to stay at if you are looking for bare minimum, a place to sleep and move on. Bring your own breakfast or stop at McDonald's nearby. Additionally, there is no elevator but the staff was accommodating and gave us a room on the first floor. This is an "okay" place for a night.

Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and cozy. There was some mold/mildew under the edge of the sink and in the shower. The shower had a tub, but it didn’t plug, so the shower was the only option. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was decent - biscuits and gravy, waffles, toast, etc. Biggest complaint was the group of people in the gazebo structure outside were very noisy and we saw one of the men walk between the sheds there to relieve himself twice. But that was more about the guests than the hotel itself.

1. The bathtub knob came off, the tub had someone else's hair in it, and likely wasn't well-bleached (walls with some mildew), 2. There was no protein (yogurt, meat) except milk for breakfast, 3. The bathroom hadn't been dusted in a while, 4. The TV had some lighting issues, 5. And there was no shampoo. I know Illinois passed a statute about bottles 6 Oz. or less (415 ILCS 195/10), but the rule also states hotels may provide - and they had deodorant and (oddly) a 6 Oz. tube if moisturizer...which is also a personal care product (see statute)...but now shampoo. 6. Door keycard turned off after 10 AM when checkout was 11 AM. Shower worked, beds were not itchy, window air conditioner was fine.

Breakfast could be better

It was a very nice place. Staff at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean. Didn't like the breakfast options, it was very limited but that was the only issue for me. I will stay there again. 😊

Room was clean and comfortable had a waffle maker. Breakfast could of had some eggs and bacon or sausage.

Breakfast minimal Too expensive.

I made the reservation not knowing I had to pay a refundable security deposit of $150. I didn't have the money, but paid for the room. I tried to cancel the reservation but they said I had to cancel it through hotels.com. I sent messages to hotels.com with no response. Another $100 I lost because of someone else. The deposit wasn't mentioned on hotels.com.
