Our room was not fixed for the next day’s stay and no supplies were provided. We had to go down ourselves to the front desk and pick up whatever we needed - which was not convenient at all.

Didn’t like anything, rooms a dingy and dark and outdated. Every time I left the room and came back, had to go back downstairs to reprogram the key cards. Not very clean and will never stay there again!

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff Requested handicap room. I understand it isn’t always available so it was not too bad that we didn’t get it. The room was almost to the end of the hall which was difficult for my elderly mother. Also, the pools were not available for use.

The room, and bathroom was pretty nice. The night staff was not friendly at all. The breakfast was almost completely gone, and we were down around 8:00 or before. The most disappointing thing was that we picked that hotel because of the nice pool. We even stopped to buy swimsuits on the way, and when we arrived the pool was empty! That was one of the main reasons we chose the Hampton Inn. Also, because I know Hampton Inn is normally a nice hotel. It just was an overall poor experience, and we likely will choose another hotel in the future.

After ten hours on the road, our room was available. Surly front desk staff. Pool closed (no water). The room smelled like corn. Old, outdated, and shabby. There is trash outside our window.

Location was fine. Didn't eat breakfast. The room smelled so my husband removed the filter on the a/c, which was filthy, ama rinse or. The sheets did not fit well and came off the mattress during the night which led to poor nughts sleep.

Location It was very run down. And old. It reminds me of a old super 8. Breakfast was hardly any thing.
