Everything. Beds were hard pillows were flat. My son saw cock roaches after the lights went out but didn't tell until morning. The complimentary breakfast was bread and waffles that you had to mix up your and then cook. The whole building smelled like stale cigarette smoke and mildew

Nothing Trash all over the parking lot. Toilet was broken in my room. Maid service was nonexistent. Key card had to be reset every day. One guy was yelling in his room by 7:30am every morning. One elevator was broke, and the other one stopped on every floor. The maintenance crew was cutting boards at 10:30pm. Towels laid by people’s door for at least 2 days. My room never got any housekeeping for 4 days. Also heard from people that stayed there all the time. That it’s a sex trafficking hotel. Lots of shady looking people. Swimming pool was closed for repairs.

Convinced to interstate They didn't have our reservation, our room was on the ground floor the window as in the glass was broken and it was unlocked!

I've stayed in some real dandy places in my lifetime from olongopo Philippines, Bangkok Thailand to Colfax avenue in Denver but this place posts a notice saying excuse the improvements that are in progress. I suppose that literally must mean why try! They have ice. They have a washer and dryer $2 each. They have waffle maker and coffee. Loaf of bread with jelly packets. Some milk and Cheerios. If you don't turn on the lights or walk with your eyes shut you won't be as disturbed but you can't avoid all your senses and the smell is still there. Maybe they're going to tear this building down or condemn it soon. I don't know what people writing reviews for this place are getting. They can't all be delirious.

The shower only half worked but we managed.

It was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in in my life, there were bugs in the room, the hotel stunk of cigarettes, not one amenity was open except for a counter selling small bottles of booze. I slept in my clothes on top of the sheets. It is a flop house for unfortunates. I can not believe this hotel was on your site. It’s literally a drug den, I dare you to send someone there to check, I learned my lesson, never trust the pictures.

Room was dirty with bugs. Carpet was disgusting. Hallway filled with tools, boxes, junk. Impossible to pass if fire alarm went off . Fire alarm in room didn’t work. I have pictures if needed to justify my asking for a full refund.

The hallway carpets had more stains than not and when I reached the room and switched on the light switches, roaches scattered. I immediately went back to the front desk and told them I wanted to cancel my reservation and why. She apologized and told me to call expedia back and have them call her to be able to cancel so I did but she had already processed the refund before I could get ahold of anyone at Expedia

The room was very clean
