It was tranquil. Sana was amazing in providing us with what we needed I didn’t like the fact that on our last few days there was a lot of Jewish people arriving in mass which is not a problem as I was told the owners are Jewish but to see them getting around the clock security outside each villa and also sudden heavy police presence outside the gates made me feel like they were more important than me and my family

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa! The property itself is stunning, featuring a heated swimming pool that was always clean and perfectly maintained. The villa's ambiance was peaceful, luxurious, and truly felt like a home away from home. What made our stay even more memorable was the incredible hospitality. The receptionist, Sana, went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our visit was perfect. Her warm demeanor, professionalism, and attentiveness made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention also goes to the caretaker, Abdlghafor, who was equally fantastic. He ensured the villa and pool were spotless and promptly addressed all our needs with a smile. His dedication and friendly nature truly added a personal touch to our experience. On top of the exceptional service, the villa offers incredible amenities. The meals were absolutely superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied everyone in our group. The spa services were pure bliss—relaxing, professional, and exactly what we needed for a rejuvenating escape. Additionally, the taxi service provided was extremely reliable and convenient, making our excursions stress-free. If you're looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay with top-notch service and amenities, this villa is a must-visit. Highly recommend it – and we will definitely be coming back!

Amazing size and quality of property. The staff were excellent, going the extra mile with everything that we needed My only very small gripe is the quality of TV at the property, for such a quality set up the TV was poor

Lovely house in a quiet area outside of Marrakesh. Enjoyed the private pool and garden and the lovely airy feel of the house (it is very big with double height ceilings to the lower level). Spotlessly clean (the resident housekeeper kept it immaculate). The hotel staff (especially Rahima) were very helpful in arranging transport / activities etc - Costs are higher than arranging online, but a much better service. The Hotel / Villa is very remote and access into Marrakesh (or anywhere) takes time and pre planning. There is nothing nearby - nearest shop is a 10 min drive away, nearest restaurant / cafe a bit further. This can be viewed as a positive (Marrakesh centre is crazy!), but we found it a little frustrating.

Very spacious and the staff (housekeeping, chef and butler) went out of their way to accommodate our requests during breakfast and helped us settle in when we arrived.

I like pretty much everything. I like the quietness and the big space. It was like 30 minutes drive anywhere around I would rather stay outside the city away from the busy streets and the noise of the city. The pollution in the Medina is unbearable, air and noise both. It was great to be outside the city. It took sometime going back and forth anywhere.

The property was amazing but needs to be cleaned more regular as there were many mosquitos and ants and cockroach’s To Far from the centre no taxi or shops nearby and hotel was charging triple the price for taxis

large, spacious, traditional, very relaxing to be in and around. Had the breakfast each day and that was well received, they offer lunch and dinner as well. Would highly recommend for families who want to be away from the city. limited tv channels, no streaming services.

Riad/villa is very nice and comfy, privative, pool and facility are excellent. In-house dinner with local Moroccan food was delicious and overall feel (served at home, private chef) luxurious. Kids loved it too. Location is very remote. Perfecf for a quiet family time, next time will consider taking a rental car for our stay.

The support from the staff.. from the reception - Nadia, she was super helpful and always ready to fulfil our requests.. she even provided us with a phone and sim to make local calls and also reach her directly throughout our stay.. to the woman that helped clean and came in at least twice a day.. she was amazing.. it was a good experience indeed.. Nothing

The villa is well furnished with Moroccan design, very huge, located in very quiet area but not far from the center which about 10-15 min drive the compound is not new and seems a bit old but well maintained, the staff very supportive, the villa has 1000m square with 4 bedrooms one of them located at the ground floor, each room has its own toilet and path, the villa surrounded with garden and has a very large private swimming pool. With the villa they provide you with a housemaid serving from 8am till 5pm inclusive in the room price. overall the villa cost and reasonable the kitchen and ground floor is full of ants, the property management should find a way to treat it permanently and not temporary as I complain several time and they came to put medicine and next day it comes again.
