We have only good things to say about this hotel. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and particularly appreciated how the staff always included our children and engaged directly with them. The facilities are lovely and the animation/entertainment team put on a great show every day. We especially wish to acknowledge the baby club manager Khaoula who minded our 16 month old daughter. She went above and beyond in her care and attentiveness. We felt at ease leaving our daughter with her and she always kept us updated. Because of this experience alone, we would come back to stay again next year. We are also very grateful to Narjisse and the team in the mini club. They are incredibly hard working and always full of energy. They made our 4 year old feel so welcome and special. While there are many more good things about the hotel, these two clubs are a must to mention here.

The animation crew was by far the best. People like Sara made all the difference. Also the amount of sports and activities they had was very impressive. The staff at the bar and restaurant was not great. Not friendly at all, always with a bad attitude and seemed like they were doing a favor. I was expecting more.

The location and facilities of the hotel were perfect. The staff were also a delight. They all couldn't do enough for you. We would highly recommend the hotel. We booked a four night stay and took the opportunity to experience Morocco as best we could. We were not disappointed.

we had an amazing time. Our kids had a fantastic time at the kids club, Special thanks to Narjisse and Saad for looking after our kids and make their time in Marrakesh unforgettable. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, and very clean hotel and grounds. Restaurant was a little cafeteria like inside but nice outside Pool area was busy and many towels left on loungers meant you didn't know if they were free. During half term week it was difficult to find loungers to relax by the pool

Not much. The ac did nothing in the heat. The WiFi barely worked. The staff need to learn how to speak to customers and the food was not great.

I had a wonderful stay at this 5-star hotel! Everything was great, but what made it truly special was the amazing staff. The food is a disaster… moroccN gastronomy is so good i can t see how you can make it this bad. Also a lot of my friends got sick from the food. We suspect it was the salads

One of my most stressful travel experiences – I couldn’t wait to go home I stayed at Kenzi Club Agdal Medina with my husband and our two small children – a toddler (2.5 years) and a baby (4 months). We chose this hotel hoping for a restful, luxurious family holiday. Instead, I ended up counting the days until we could go home. And for someone like me, who travels monthly or every other month and stays at high-end hotels around the world – that says a lot. For the first time in my life, I was actually relieved to return home after a vacation. That’s incredibly sad to say – a holiday is supposed to be the one time you don’t want to leave, where you relax and long to come back. But I felt the opposite: constant stress, discomfort and sleepless nights. From the very beginning, the hygiene standard was disappointing. Our first room was dirty and worn out – thin, overused pillows and duvets, torn duvet covers, stained carpets, and an overall feeling of uncleanliness. Things got worse when we saw cockroaches inside our room – large ones. Over the week, we encountered 3–4 of them. I suffer from insect phobia, so this ruined my entire experience. I was constantly checking the floor, the walls, the bed – unable to sleep or relax. After we reported this, the staff did try to make up for it. We were upgraded to a suite, and were offered complimentary massages, which I appreciate. But that’s not what I came for. We didn’t need special treatment – we just needed a clean, safe room that met the standards we paid for. I could’ve gotten a massage back home in Norway. I wanted peace of mind and quality time with my family. Even in the upgraded room, the cleaning was not up to standard. I personally witnessed the cleaning supervisor placing a rug from the floor on top of a made bed in order to mop the floor. I immediately reported this to Taha, the hotel manager, who responded kindly and had everything replaced. But again – this took time and energy away from my vacation.
